  1. Not sure how much it would help Pickering (the north part of the Region for sure), but putting a GO train to Ptbo (pop' 81,000) should be a no brainer on the CPR & ease pressures on the Lakeshore East line. The previous MPP didnt advocate a bit when Del Mastro was trying to get the train rolling
  2. Be careful what you wish for: https://nowtoronto.com/lifestyle/real-estate/ask-an-expert-can-i-smoke-weed-in-my-condo/
  3. Forget about getting a parking spot in Oshawa after the morning rush hour, the lot is full.
  4. Will the TTC have any money after they piss away a billion dollars on platform gates?
  5. Thats already been proven...
  6. I can't even celebrate on my birthday, the 15th. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ov1kjVvYpWk
  7. Speaking of gravy train, Stephen Del Duca has thrown his hat in for the chairman of York Region. Also, Patrick Brown is thinking of running as well for the Peel Region chair. Good grief. Reminds me of the slugs @ work that were always running for something in the union elections.
  8. I wonder how many civil servants were hired to 'manage' the program?
  9. Wynnebag thought his skills made him a good choice for Energy Minister. Looking at Wiki', it would appear his only time in the private sector was at a radio station. He'll probably latch onto some NGO job. No different that Rocco Rossi who used to bounce around from 1 job to the next.
  10. I wonder what percentage of the money the province took in via Cap & Trade was actually handed out in rebates?
  11. And minors won't have access to pot, right.... We need Glen From The Beer Store in charge of pot sales. Because if you believe him there would be wide spread underage drinking w/o the The Beer Store...
  12. I wonder what ex-Minister of Energy Glenn Thibeault is up to these days? I imagine with his wealth of knowledge & experience, private sector outfits will be clamouring for his services.
  13. Someone cleared several acres of forest north of the village this winter for a solar farm. Poles and a ground situated transformer have been installed. I wonder if the project will go forward now? One other comment about these 'farms', why cant they leave a buffer so we dont have to see these eyesores?
  14. How many would have jumped on the green bandwagon in Ontario had the Liberals not 'overpaid' for the electricity produced?
  15. Maybe remove the can levy that Bob Rae added to keep American sourced beers out?
  16. https://globalnews.ca/video/4281635/proposed-buck-a-beer-policy-not-popular-with-ontario-craft-breweries I'm pretty sure the folks looking forward to 'Buck a Beer' are already drinking the 'econobeers' as my brother calls them, aren't the market craft brewers are after. Anybody up for a can of PBR?
  17. Hopefully going forward those 2 words aren't trotted out ad nauseum in circumstances where they have absolutely no place or bearing. Playground opening New washroom facilities @ a provincial park A new highway overpass et cetera et cetera et cetera
  18. Wynnebag (Pointyhead to a lesser degree) acted like she was intellectually superior to the citizens of the province & treated us like kindergarten students. What was her background other than school trustee?
  19. Everyone wonders how hard can you be actually working when you are incessantly posting during working hours. Maybe Fail is just on standby until a toner cartridge in his supervisor's printer needs changing?
  20. Last week I figured that we were on the verge of a crying jag. She obviously learned her lesson after the CETA fiasco.
  21. You'd probably wind up facing a OHRC complaint for discrimination due to her/their sexual orientation...
  22. Blueberry picking is good north of where she & the 'spouse' have a cottage. Maybe pt can hire them as waitresses?
  23. I think you mean, "The emperor has no brows". Maybe Brooke Shields can loan him some?
