  1. The demolition derby of a race, so exciting. Do they offer prize money for whoever can flip their sled back over onto its skis the fastest? Great track, is it even 8’ wide? It’s already turning to snirt in the videos Snocross posted. Jimmy Snacks aka Cock Muncher. Back here taking a break from the gay porn sights you like to frequent?
  2. Oh, now it’s “chatter” Since your ignorant ass is so insistent I don’t own a sled how about you put your money where your mouth is? Pay my subscription fee and I’ll post a photo of my sled with a note saying Deephaven sux cox n dix. If only there was a comment section on YouTube where you could post your questions and ask her yourself. Know how I can tell that you didn’t watch the video and don’t know shit about what you posted?
  3. So much bitterness and hate. Always lashing out at what you don’t understand. Ever notice how NO ONE ever supportS your idiotic tuning method of turning your clickers to full soft for rough, whooped out trails?
  4. Tell me dipshit, what did she tell you about CO2 building up in the atmosphere? Don’t worry, I know you don’t have the answer because you were too stupid to watch and learn about basic, high school level science.
  5. Cat’s belt drive won’t hold up to 2500 miles of XC racing.
  6. Yeah…. an entire season of snirt and mud or cancelled “national level” events versus a 13 mile section of trail in a 2500 mile XC race. Keep reaching, you’re beloved sport is dying and melting away before your very eyes.
  7. I’m sure C-TAK will have good footage of the mud filled pits and snirt covered track. It’ll literally look like a brown shitshow just like the entire sno-x series has all winter.
  8. I can tell you didn’t bother to watch the video I posted.
  9. Castings are good and bad. They are very expensive upfront and prevent any upgrades and geometry tweaks like what Cat can do with their tube steel bulkhead. Damage repair is also more difficult with castings. I suspect production is less expensive so they save money over time. If what you wrote is accurate about Polaris costs than I think Textron has a better strategy for the long run. They can revise and improve the Cataylist a lot more easily year to year. I’d like to see Cat move up in sales and give Poo a run for their stagnation. But with a Textron in charge I doubt that’ll happen.
  10. Uh huh. 🙄 This coming from a guy who turns his clickers to full soft for riding rough, whooped out trails and couldn’t figure out that his leaky exhaust needed a gasket between the Y and the pipe. On the bold, how is it that the Procross still wins races dipfuck?
  11. Nope what? I stated in the Polaris example that revisions and updates need to be made. Cat didn’t do that. Had they refined the Procross and updated it, addressed the problems they would’ve done fine. The Procross is still competitive in sno-x and XC racing and that is pretty amazing for a 12-13 year old sled. All Textron had to do was put new body work on it and give it a new name like Polaris did with their Maytrx and update the ergos a little bit and dipshits wouldn’t have known any better. Then…. THEN the big thing, sell it for less than the competition and make up for it in volume. But Textron was too stupid to do that. Now they finally introduce new product AFTER completely missing the COVID sales bubble. Current sleds are sky high in price with inflation, interest rates are sky high and the lower 48 had shit for snow. Their new Cataylist has done shitty in racing and they don’t even race the thing in either sno-x or the Iron Dog. A trained monkey could run Arctic Cat better than the morons in their top administration. No wonder they keep extending their snowcheck date just hoping, praying to sell something.
  12. How much mud and rain is in the forecast?
  13. Honda has been #1 in ATV sales forever. Where is Polaris is when SXS sales are not included with ATV sales? What happened to Cat is piss poor management, lack of marketing, lack of financial incentives like low interest rates so their sleds couldn’t compete for sales with BRP and Polaris. Polaris rode to #1 and stayed there from around ‘90 to ‘02 selling Indy’s. Same chassis with refinements every year. Different motors, different body work but the same basic chassis. They were never the most expensive sled in their category and they generally performed well and always rode the best. Cat didn’t follow that formula with the Procross and never fixed long time issues. An OEM doesn’t need an expensive new chassis every few years, they just need refinement, reliability on a sled that rides and handles well. Sell it for less than the competition and you’ll rise to #1.
  14. Sure, but those numbers are in decline and they sell fewer and fewer every year. It costs money to keep developing new stuff and there is a limit as to what people will spend for a luxury good that can be used for shorter and shorter periods during the year. If the sled market wants to remain viable and not price itself out of existence it needs to adopt a strategy like the ATV market. Keep selling the same machines year after year with few to no updates. Those machines (at least from Japan) are generally bulletproof and extremely reliable. The vast majority of the current performance sleds being sold today are anything but. Less snow, ever higher prices, reduced reliability, short engine life with the big twins and never ending recalls are not the path for long term success.
  15. Snowmobiles are not a growing segment of the powersports market with an ever shrinking area of North America in which to use them. My guess is the OEM’s will continue down their path of ever increasing MSRP’s with ever declining sales until they effectively kill the market completely. Boomers won’t be buying the high end sleds forever and Gen-X is a much smaller generation and they are beginning to age out. The OEM’s need to do something different to attract broke ass Millennials and $10,000 Blasts and Indy Sport 550’s are not it. The Neo has potential but they don’t even include a center shock, WTF? The sled industry needs to focus on quantity over performance to boost their sales numbers and get more people interested in the sport.
  16. There aren’t many dealers around me that sell only powersport machines. They are most often diversified and also sell outboards, boats and watercraft, small construction equipment, or outdoors products of some fashion. There just aren’t many stand alone dealers that only sell one brand anymore. Just because sled sales are down I don’t see why a dealer would quit carrying snowmobiles unless they are in Pennsylvania or somewhere that already has very marginal winters. High interest rates, ski high price increases year over year for machines since COVID and the OEM’s greed to keep prices high has finally bit them in the ass. A shit winter was icing on the cake. Fuck them!
  17. The only single line snowmobile dealers this would impact is Yamaha. They already pulled out. All the others are diversified enough not to be greatly impacted as they sell ATV, UTV, and other power sports machines and often different lines.
  18. I’ve been saying for months this will be the lowest snowcheck year since the early 80’s. Good! Fuck the OEM’s for continuing to raise their prices and screw over their customers. Prices are and have been unsustainable for years.
  19. That’s because you’re a moron. The 23 year old RX-1 engine is far more advanced than the gutless, ag pump sounding S4 motor Polaris is currently using. How is it than an S4 Polaris sled weighs more than an RX-1 ton?
  20. Here, watch this and maybe you’ll learn something.
  21. It’s the rate of temp rise over such a short period of time that is the issue. But, you know, being an ignorant denier is way easier.
  22. So you’ve gone from your ignorant opinion to Krom’s post. Let’s see your proof dipshit. Is it really THAT hard to find a single academic article that supports your bullshit claim that climate change is fake?
  23. He didn’t sound warm and fuzzy about Textron.
  24. No proof, just ranting from you. I don’t give two shits about your opinion. Show me some proof that climate change is fake.
  25. Show one single scholarly article that says climate change is fake.
