Why bring this shit here? -
Thanks for admitting you're wrong.

I don't need to look it up. I didn't give blame or give credit to either for the market.
-
I'll give JT credit for the legislation and policies he passes to grow the economy. Still waiting for the lovers of good hair to point to those. Now get back to finding where I said our economy was shitty.
-
No it is not. It's down 2% this year. In june 2008 the tsx closed above 15000. Tonight it closed at 14985.
-
Jesus maybe you're a mouth breather. Read what I typed again. S l o w l y.
-
Ya - back to where it was almost a decade ago.
-
Still waiting for the legislation passed by the Liberals that has fueled our growth.
-
The TSX is basically flat to where it was 9 years ago and flat to down a bit for 2017.
-
Liar. Find it, I'll wait.

Where have I claimed the economy is in shambles? It's pretty good. But the Libs and JT haven't caused it. We don't have the shifty underwriting standards for mortgages you did. But we have massive debt levels. How it unwinds remains to be seen. Just glad I don't have to enter this market.
-
With a lot of help from Ben B.
-
Where is the wage growth or inflation?
-
Debt levels above what you guys had going into 2008.

Neighbour in burlington sold his 60 yr old 1100 sq ft 2+1 bedroom 1.5 story house for $1.1 million. Prices are ridiculous and completely detached from incomes and wage growth
-
That was what caused the recession in 2015 and the 2 "emergency " rate cuts by the BOC 2 quarters.
-
Are we in a recession? Is there massive stimulus spending? we are in a "strong economy" where we should have reduced spending and increases revenue. We have record low unemployment. Why is our financial house not in better shape? Answer - poor government and a lack of leadership.
-
It was as low as $27 at the end of 2015 and beginning of 2016. So ya - almost double.

I love the Con bots complaining about the "slow growth" during the Obama Admin. They are the same clowns that ranted in 2008 and 2009 against the auto bailouts, TARP, the stimulus spending and QE. Idiots.
