Yes, it's right around 3000'. No idea on the fishing. A friend of mine hiked up there of the 4th of July one year and said there were still patches of snow under some of the spruce trees.
Denny posted on FB a few days ago that Little Diamond still has ice.
When I've ridden in May in Pittsburg it really isn't that bad. Sure there are short sections here and there without snow, but it really isn't usually anymore than a typical road crossing. The bare ground in the piics is the end of East Inlet road. When I've been there in May there was a snowbank on one side or the other to ride.
Whatever floats your boat. Fact is I've ridden 3 times in May so far and it didn't hurt a thing. You on the other hand, along with your buddy Bhen, haven't. Fucking pussies worried about scratching the bottom of their skis
Thanks. I'm going to do the tomatoes in 5 gallon grow bags so I can move them around. I know I'll run out of room in the small greenhouse pretty fast if they do anything like they did when I worked at a greenhouse when I was a kid. They were 8-10 feet tall and I think they were the early girls or boys (same plant just a different name for marketing(atl east it was back then))
I started some cherry tomatoes about a week ago. I'm just going to buy the regular ones. We use a lot of diced tomatoes for different meals. Would you use plum or slicing tomatoes for that?
