Buddy who has a place in Pittsburg stopped by a few days ago. Wants to go grousing. I think we both almost rather go for grouse than deer. I'm gonna try and head up there again. I do them all the same way.......de-bone, flatten in smaller pieces, shake in a bag of flour with LEMON /PEPPER, fry in oil, butter, and baked beans with cole slaw or potato salad.
