If they don’t ratify it, Trump will get to kill them on not supporting middle America. Win-win for him. It’s not a bad trade deal. As Mexico raises their living wage, America will benefit as the cost of sending manufacturing south will be less effective. Plus it stabs China in the eye ball pretty good in auto parts.
