If it's a good property, and they get a good turn-out, competitive bidding will drive the price up. It's a good way to liquidate an estate. It can save a lot of time. Angry ginger Posted June 3, 2018 Share Posted June 3, 2018 time is the biggest saver, theres not a ton of real value in the contents of what he has so you either pay someone to clean it out or hopefully get others to pay to take the junk away.
