Build your own system for your needs. We are a HW dealer and have all of their program licenses. The Nest is a cute toy. I was offered one free and didn't take it. You can run lights, pool pumps, garage heaters etc off the Red Link. It's made and priced for a home owner. You can do wireless stats and sensors with it as well. The zones are existing, we're making some changes around here so I thought I would upgrade my my HVAC controls so I could get some notice if the HW goes out while I'm out of town. Currently my furnace is set to kick on at 60* which is to save the HW lines from a freeze up in the event of a boiler failure, it's all backed up with a Kohler NG genset. 9 hours ago, Woodtick said: @Mileage Psycho,do you have a account at South Side Control or G&O supply? They would be local to you and I can get wholesale pricing at both. G&O gives us better pricing on the HW product line. I have an account at South Side, and Moore Supply.
