Major reforms to Interior department lands

Taxpayers getting treated more fairly with increases in costs and limits on permit hoarding which really cost the fossil fuel companies nothing as well as a big increase in bond requirements to cover the cost of well plugging

Also leases can now go to conservationist and orgs to that want to repair the land.  Still open to public though.

“Conservation and ecosystem restoration will now get the same consideration as oil drilling, logging and grazing from America’s largest land manager, according to a final rule published Thursday.”
