Gold Member BOHICA Posted October 13, 2023 Gold Member Share Posted October 13, 2023 California just enacted a law requiring businesses to report there emissions to the public. https://www.npr.org/2023/10/12/1205068747/climate-change-emissions-companies-disclosure-sec-california The SEC isn't alone. Regulators in the European Union, United Kingdom and Hong Kong have been writing their own rules for what companies have to tell investors about climate change. And in California, Gov.
