When the Foo Fighter 2018 tour tickets went on sale last October I told the wife that we need to be in Austin on April 18 to see this show. I began planning my spring to be there. Several things happened to us in the weeks following that made this quite challenging. After getting family things sorted out we hit the road in December. We went to 4 bad ass concerts between Dec and April. All of them in very small venues. Typically theaters that hold 2500 people or less. These small venues were incredible. The acoustics were awesome and being in a theater type atmosphere was very cool. From now on, it's small venues or nothing for me.
