Jesus.  That right there is why some basic rules and enforcement can become necessary.  We try to figure out where some shit talking is going and head it off at HCS.  It's tough sometimes to figure out where the line is being crossed in the GDF (General Discussion Forum) but in the other areas the rules are cut and dry.  And when family is mentioned, real personal shit is being thrown out there along with personal information well, time to go to time out.  Not gonna lie, sometimes there may be a few fuckers I'd like to "test" if I get the chance too, and I'm more than sure a few were/are sick of my crap.  But, again, rules are being played by and in the end, while it may not all be in just "good fun", it's still just a way to pass time.  Why would I want to be on a forum board that makes my blood boil?  Most do not.

Oh agreed.  I see a lot of people getting really wound up...some even at me!  Go figure!  But, that's everybody's choice.  If words and letters by a complete stranger get people so hot they can't maintain control, it's time to log out and push away.  It happens here as well as there.  Sometimes it can be "cooled off" sometimes not.

Well, we all have our moments and it can show.  But overall, the ones I deal with are a pretty laid back and a funny bunch.  I mean, how serious can they possibly be?  They made me a fucking mod!  A decision I think was heavily debated before hand.  And probably a lot of "I told you so's" afterwards.  

But we try and keep that site running pretty well.  And we don't always agree 100% as to how it is done, but we all work together to make it happen.

I'm probably one of the most liberal as to what "flies" and what just cannot (If you haven't figured that out yet).

And some of us are here just to see what all the "hubbub" is about.  To witness first hand you rule-less bunch of ingrates in action.  And so far....some pretty funny shit over here.  Not quite up to the standard of our own shit-show in the HCS GDF but certainly some similarities.

Almost.  I just moved into this house about 6 months prior in February.  I don't think I even started any of the landscaping by then.  Hell, we still had scaffolding up and the house in wrap I think.  The whole yard was a damn wreck.  But a fire pit, a lawn chair and a few cold beverages and presto!  Worked fine at the time.

Yup...grill and smoke.  I'll load mine up in the winter just to smoke/grill the meat then freeze it for later.  Excellent.  And meat gets cooked with fire at my house...plain and simple.
