I prefer slow steady growth over volatility. There are alot of scary factors in this market and that's why when there are sell offs many start dumping quick. I'd prefer more rational and accurate stock prices.

So do I but thats not how the markets work.

Has nothing to do with my comment.  Funny how you change your opinion so quickly.

You can't blame him for the fall if you don't credit him for the gains.  So are you paying more for advice than what you are getting?

There is no doubt gender plays a role in many high end jobs.  It wasn't long ago there were no women at the top.  School board would be a prime example of this. Police is another.

    This didn't happen over night

Its become okay for a right wing conservative to vote a women in,  maybe in just the last 5 years - are these women running today hiding behind gender :dunno:  oh you will say they are strong, facts are they were a long time ago but never given  a chance

Show of hands, how many still get a weird feeling if a women is at the parts counter?

One that note Women have totally taken over the real estate  world unfair to ugly men

We vote the best for the job.

As for real estate ugly men can't compete with the hotties.  Stop checking out their profiles.

0 to a 100 km/h in 3 seconds is impressive! It's the way fo the future and we will have no choice but to get use to it as these might be the only things available in the future? The future might not be in our lifetime, but maybe our kids?

I was behind a Volt not long ago sitting at a light. When the light turned green, I could not believe how fast the thing accelerated! It was super quiet but sneaky fast. I was not trying to race him as I was behind him so I assume he/she just wanted to play.

Got beat by something that sounded like a vacuum cleaner.

I know they are fast but only small dick dorks own them.

I think the tech is cool and the fact that the R&D money has been spent to get to a point of production shows where the market for sleds is likely headed.

But, I can't see them pre-selling enough of these to go to full production.

As 02 said, I think they need to hit the 100 mile mark reliably and shorten the charge time to under an hour. At that point it may become an option for some.

There is no doubt the electric car will be a force in the near future, but its just not a clean as many believe it to be.  It will get better with time and so will the infrastructure.

i doubt it would sell well in Canada - 4 strokes already don't start on some cold mornings .

a local rider may use one, but 60mi isnt too far to end the day

Well overstated, likely 30miles.  You can always flip the heater switch to warm it up before starting and then be left with a 20mile range.

    Nope.

Employees are entitled to 10 days off for sick.

First 2 are paid.  Next 8 do not have to be.

First 2 do not require a note and can be used for whatever employee wants.

So looks like you no longer have an advantage.:dunno:

Now he's talking about raising the tax on European cars.

Trade wars are not good the Europeans are talking about a tariff on HD's (poor Milwaukee) American farmers are already feeling the effect of Trump's America first trade thoughts as our farmers are losing trade to countries who are opting to buy grain from South American and Eastern European markets.

The US will never win a trade war.

    Yes it is Fail.

They are 2 no questions asked no notes required sick days.  That was discussed with labour lawyer who has been working on implementing this for months with clients

Curious?  What do you give employees that isn't the min required by law?

you are not allowed to ask for what illness the person has or treatments, posting a pic of them fishing disqualifies them from any leave

and can also ask for notes in these cases

A “qualified health practitioner” means a physician, a registered nurse or a psychologist qualified to practice in Ontario or in another jurisdiction in which care or treatment is provided to the employee or specified family member.

An employer can ask an employee for a note from other types of health practitioners, such as a dentist, physiotherapist, Chinese medicine practitioner, naturopath or registered massage therapist, if it is “reasonable in the circumstances.”

If it is reasonable in the circumstances for the employer to require the employee who took leave for their own illness, injury or medical emergency to provide a note from an individual who is not a physician, registered nurse or psychologist, the employer can ask only for the following information:

    • the duration or expected duration of the absence
    • the date the employee was seen by a health care professional
    • whether the patient was examined in person by the health care professional issuing the note

Employers cannot ask for information about the diagnosis or treatment of the employee’s medical condition.

you can also ask for a note from a doctor that the person is able to return to work

if you think the employee is just being a douche, you can go after him

Perhaps the fishing is stress management.
