Your foolishness continues as strong as ever. Our past PM was living in the house that isn't good enough for Truedope. I along with a lot of other people would and should question the wisdom in renovations that would be 4 times the assessed value of the house and total $38M which would probably based on government ineptitude end up at $76M.

Who do you think is providing direction on what HE wants done to the house. Are you naïve enough to think for even one second it's anybody other than Truedope himself that has prompted and directing the need for the renovations and that HE wants to demolish the pool house his dad had built and put up a new residence for him and his family along with the two nannies?

The hydro factor just comes back to more Liberal incompetence be it federal or provincial. In this case Wynnebags. Another prime example. Owen Sound. The city has a hydro bill of $10,000.00 for $442.00 of electricity

    http://www.owensoundsuntimes.com/2016/11/23/442-in-power-results-in-10000-bill-for-city

For 13 streetlight accounts – the city has about 80, Becking noted – the city consumed $442 in electricity in a one-month period.

However, the total bill was $10,159.59.

Nearly $5,000 of that cost was for delivery fees, he said, while $4,360 was for “global adjustment,” which Hydro One says is the cost for providing both adequate generating capacity and conservation programs for Ontario.

How do you spell arrogant incompetence LIBERAL

Auditor General is directing the reno's long0wind  as it was a decade ago and then another decade ago

I believe the house is still knob and tube - lets leave it for the next PM to pay even more.  Did you leave your roof for later or fix it when you should have :dunno:

There was no way precious was moving in without a makeover.

This happens when you let things go and don't fix them in a timely fashion,  Mean Steve knew the place as in very poor condition and did nothing.

On May 6, 2008, the Auditor General had reported that the house is in poor condition and needs about $10 million in repairs and upgrades, which would require at least 12 to 15 months of "full access" to complete. In October 2015

Or maybe should have listened to Joe's wife

Maureen McTeer, wife of former Prime Minister Joe Clark, said the building is "completely lacking" in architectural value and is not worth saving.[19] The idea of removing part of the structure and replacing it with a modern section has also been proposed

The longer you wait the more it will cost and that is a fact, fucking window shakers are still the AC    Nothing has been done to the main house since 1950 1/2 million dollars is pretty huge in those days.  Now a 4000sqft home in Toronto is 4 million dollars

but ya bad all bad, either way it won't affect me if they do it or not

Who is going to watch the Game we invented :dunno: sunday - bags of wings and beer are going to be good too.

OneRepublic is the band - okay I guess but could have gotten a Canadian Band but they are going for something more popular in the States

    Long throws and long kicks

  4. you do know that this is Canada's house and not Trudeau's? just wondering what do you think the House of Canada should be?  1000sqft bungalow :dunno:

Not sure how 02ool can think Trudeau has anything to do with Hydro costs no matte how insane it seems.

Too bad you guys had zero interest in posting about our PM over the past 8 years it would have been interesting

Are you honestly suggesting that Canada doesn't keep demographic data? Because it took me three seconds to find otherwise. Are you also arguing that demographics FROM ANY COUNTRY vote the same so it doesn't matter? Lol ok bruh...

no we don't spew Blacks voted this way and Muslims voted that way you know the thread topic

try and stay on topic if you are going to rant

Well duh... I said the country not a handpicked city not one province... I can play that game too. Let me pick Baltimore...

WITH RURAL AMERICA INCLUDED... 61.6% and dropping by almost a half percent to percent a year.

So since rural doesn't matter, can they vote or is it just the like 2 cities in the whole damn country that can?

Ontario doesn't keep stats because its not relevant, Canada doesn't keep stats because its not relevant.  Is that better :dunno:.   Everyone has the same vote, color, race, ect isn't apart of it.

Its seem USA thrives on point out Minorities as a cause for something, these stats you keep spewing prove it.  So don't tell me we don't keep them because we are white, just stick to not caring and knowing nothing about Canada.

Sorry I was so wrong.... 86% white. What an idiot I am....

check the cities out, and don't be so hard on yourself - if we used rural and central America as an example it would be pretty White.

Canada is mostly rural with very low population - !/3 of Canada pop. is within  Ontario lower half.

Co you have more Blacks? sure you brought them there by the millions

2.5% blacks less than 1% Latino :lmao: WRONG AGAIN FAIL is like the stupidest person on the planet

you don't get out much living in your mom's basement.   rural is white as white christmas, inner city isn't so white.  Toronto is very diverse today, Montreal is diverse, Vancouver is diverse - your mom's basement is cozy white

The demographics of Toronto, Ontario, Canada make Toronto one of the most multicultural cities in the world. Data released by Statistics Canada as part of the 2006 census indicated that 49.9% of Toronto's population is foreign-born.[1]

    Today its even more

USA is similar where there is very white land and than you have Michigan

Its going to keep dropping.  Like it or not Trump is going to fuel the US economy and that is where the smart money is going.  The CAD is expected to drop back down to 70 cents or below.  What is JT gonna do about it?  Does the economy fix itself?

You guys use this as a measure when its convenient....  I know there is nothing a PM  can really do

Just keep enjoying the dropping dollar and thank JT   who cares who loses money as long as its not you :bounce:

  12. 43 minutes ago, Sksman said:

    Dollar going up?

You do understand that the value of canadian dollar is dropping right?  current $1 USD = $1.35 CAD.  Since JT has been in power our dollar has dropped in value.  Harper $1.24cad to 1usd  trudeau 1.35cad to 1usd.

so dollar is down.  I convert US prices to CAD for our products daily Fail.  It costs us more to buy us goods then before trudeau.  How is that going up?

lol where were these posts as our dollar tumbled 0.12 in just 12 months one year before the election :dunno:  anyway thanks for your post as I have said a low dollar cost us more and  many here say no, Harper good dollar dropping fast as fuck.  Hand off to Trudeau and the drop stops.  I hope the dollar gains again real soon.

And your numbers are off but who really cares lets just start at after the hand off, Jan 1st  0.71 as the sinking ship holes are plugged bottomed at 0.68 Jan 21st and has claimed up/down/up ever since.

Your anger should be at Harper who apparently costs you alot of money .25 on a dollar in just 2 years

I sure hope we don't turn into a shit show country with this shit

I thought it was funny, if he lowers the tax rate as planned, companies will stay.  The us is expected to shine next year with investments, mainly due to Trump.

very possible as their rates are really high compared to ours, we have a low dollar and they still don't come here :dunno: so don't be so sure they will stay and or flood back to usa

we all know Trump is going to give to the rich and toss some coins at the rest,  end result :dunno:   huge debts maybe?  The money has to come from somewhere and they don't take in enough today, what makes you think this will be good?
