no, i dont, i was only there digging when it was done. to build a road all you have to do is knock down all the trees lol. i will not be able to have a real gravel and dirt road for a long time. my 4 wheel drive trucks will be able to handle it it depends on when i move out there. if i start in the summer there is no rush. i will get a frame house up. if it is winter i will put up a log cabin with a dirt floor and wood stove if i feel like working on the land in the winter

no offense taken. for now, lake water will only be used in the summer and if i cannot put in a well, i will have to dig with shovels and bury a pipe and keep it heated it will be a while before i can get good electricity going idk how much for concrete, and im not sure what it takes to install a septic tank in Alaska, but i know in fbks you cant put one in city limits

the concrete will be tricky, i might have to get a truck to come out for that as there is really no other way for a real foundation to be laid. "it sounds like you haven't done any research at all" well ill tell ya what, ive put in septic tanks and wired up houses, and my dad has run the water treatment plant in tanana for years, was there when the wells were drilled with pile drivers. i will have to try and set up a primitive way to force a hole in the ground and if it fails i will pump water from the lake until i can afford to put in a well

i dont know, i never even considered asking someone else to drill a well for me, hook up pipes, or put in a septic tank. obviously i will have to wait to get real generators going to run a shop, but building it with out electricity is not going to be too difficult

i will have to have my own power generators, i can get the well done and plumb it up. the electricity is going to be a tough one so i imagine that wont be done for a few years. unless i only use a little honda generator
