  1. Not if you are in the sticks. Our trails curve a lot! Not Greg, relax. Just remember to join a club and to think of others over yourself when riding.
  2. Gray? CKX Mission helmet. Cat loyal? Absolutely! Dealer is a mile from me as the crow flies. Not that he has seen any of my sleds that I have bought from him. Bullet proof reliability. Just oil and accessories so far. Will be rebuilding my shocks this spring though.
  3. Do you have your boost? When do you expect it? June of 2023? I have a 22. Not my year to buy. They have new, but not worried about it. I would worry if I was buying a Poo. Great last year of quality control. Toss in a turbo and spray you make it off your trailer for the 2024 season!
  4. If we caught you doing that (I know you would not because you are not Greg B.) We would probably wait till you hit the toolies, then break your thumbs. Tough sledding with broken thumbs. Ha ha! All 60 sleds that poo will produce? Cat will be fine. That 22 thousand turbo goes haywire, Polaris might not come back from it.
  5. Im old enough now to just ride to enjoy the scenery and get away from the rat race called life.
  6. So you are of those idiots who destroys the trails? On the gas at every corner apex. I hate guys like you. Rutting them up and costing the clubs more money to try to keep the trails decent for normal riders. I have 48 oz bags of oil. I keep track of every third bag. That is how I know how much oil I used. I check my mileage at the end of the day when I fill it up. Not hard to keep track of.
  7. 3500 plus miles on my 2018 and it looks brand new. 40-70 cruising is where we run mostly. My 2015 got over 1400 miles to a gallon and my 20 was around 1300 miles. Speed can effect oil use but RPM, temps conditions effect it more. I try to run just below the Power valves kicking in when on trail rides. I don't think I could use as much oil as the Polaris uses if I dumped half of it on the ground. Talking the Electric oil pump version as well.
  8. Most places where I ride this year you have no place to open it up. Lakes are so rough right now, 50 can be scary. Speed means nothing to me anymore. I don't bend anymore when I fall off. I shatter. Toss in the cost of insurance compared to a 600 and that a belt for the 600 is less than $100.00 where the belt for the 800 is over 200. I could afford it, but why waste money if I am not going to use the extra CC's. I dont think I have seen 80 yet this year. Been avoiding the lakes as much as possible.
  9. You can die on a 400. I see no need for anything bigger than a 600 on the flatland. Will never go bigger. Cat's 600 is about perfect. Puts out more HP than Poo or Doo in the true 600 class, gets good Mileage and sips oil. Got just under 1100 miles to a gallon of oil so far this year.
  10. That was a long time ago. You? Maybe your parents are still buying your toys? I don't know or care. Just so Damn fun to get you Poo girls panties in a bunch.
  11. I see you still want to be an English teacher.
  12. Not disappointed one bit when I ordered it. Disappointed I did not get to ride it this winter but I can't change that part. New (plastic for the most part for Doo and Poo) does not always mean better. But why try to explain to you.
  13. To the dealer for pistons? Crank? Both?
  14. The way I like it. More refined, more reliable. Better looking than any other brand of sled on the snow. You know. Things that matter more than I can beat you in a 1/4 mile race.
  15. Well everyone with part of a living brain cell knew that. Not many years on that POS before the dropped it completely. Now adding a Turbo to low elevation and thinking that the 850 which has been less than perfect since being introduced should really bring back memories of the once fabled CFI 900 in comparison.
  16. Blows the doors off of Cats 800? Cant even get there 850 to do that. I do have a current 4 year old sled and a 2022 I am waiting for (Wont pick it up till Fall now) so not sure what 10 year old sled you are referring to. Nice to see you have not changed though. Same old make shit up guy, like most of us, but you cant be serious keeping any Polaris engine above 600 CC's for more than 1000 miles. That part is pretty factual.
  17. Not where I live and breath. Just the same old lose compression Liberty 800 they have always made. But keep defending them for making trash motors. Not my brand so no skin off my nose and money out of my pocket.
  18. It is only been gone for one. Was in the lineup last year in the Titan sleds. Two years removed in the trail category. I don't even like Polaris and I know more about them than you. Scary!
  19. I'm sure it will be about as bullet proof as the since cancelled sweetheart for dealers to make money on Liberty 800. You know the one that needed the aftermarket to come to the rescue with durability kits.
  20. A little faster than that crabby. 102 on my speedo. 101 on GPS. Two years ago on my 20 on about a 6 mile wide open lake run. Faster than your Polaris still.
  21. All my 600's have been within a mile of my GPS. You do have to let them run for a bit at speed to get a good reading and to eliminate the spinning.
  22. 230 miles this weekend. Ran my scratchers for about 6 miles on pure ice. Otherwise never seen temps get past 115 on the gauge. Ran hot last year without the flares. Can this really be a partial cure? Will be riding the next 3-4 weeks so will keep adding data. Sled is running great, but my shocks are all going to have to be rebuilt. 5 years so I guess I can live with that.
  23. So by those pics you deduced no new stuff? Not going to change everything. Way to over react though.
  24. And new rules! We get an extra day to charge. No penalties for the delay. Time to us is not money, it is better air quality, even though. EVEN THOUGH! we get our power from coal. Al Gore said so. You know, the guy who created the Internet and proved that Miami would be under water. It is right?
