  1. Anyone have any info, rumors or otherwise?  I'm not in the market this year but always like to see what the new models bring.  Since last year was an update to both front and rear suspension along with a new 600 EFI motor, mountain turbo and the new gauge package I doubt there will be much specifically since some models  have already been produced as 2022's.  Good chance it's just BNG's for 22.

  2. The Lester's are fucking idiots but the Matryx is a great effort by Poo.  Hoping to get some time to test ride one this season but until they put their 4 stroke turbo in one I won't be a buyer and without a four stroke they won't take first place in sled sales.  Besides rumor has it that Cat gained market share this year by selling a million blasts, or was it a hundred.  Can't remember.

Have you seen the doo base gauge? It’s even worse

Do you dumb fucks even read the shit you post?  Base Doo gauge?  You mean the gauge that comes in the adult sized sled with an adult sized engine for $8K instead of a fucking kids sled with a kids engine in it with a gauge and plastics that look like they came off a chinese made shit box for $8K?

Yes, this base gauge is a fucking joke.....

  4. The TBW is not exactly like pulling a cable all day because it's not and I have never expected it to be exactly like it. I bought a 14' 900 Ace for my son and after 7 full seasons not a single issue and the sled is still going strong.  The longest time I have ever kept a sled from new and have zero reason to sell it.

My 16' 1200 with TBW was an excellent machine and four seasons with zero issues had a hard time parting with it for the 20' but glad I did as it is better in so many ways.  Would I give up the advantages of TBW just to pull a cable again?  For me no but that's my personal preference and there are trade off's on both sides.  I don't see going back to burning oil again and if Poo would bring their four stroke turbo I would definitely give it a test ride.   If it's good enough to get me off my current sled I would definitely buy one.  If Cat get's off their thumbs and build a chassis deserving of the Yamaha 998T motor I would look at that sled again but it has to shed some weight and handle better in the turns.

As for a Mach Z from Doo for 2022?  A rumor every season that has yet to pan out.  I don't see the point as the best they could bring would be a 900T with a factory tune and warranty.  Someone will buy it but if I can just slap a tune on my current sled that would not be enough to get me to sell and buy again.

Anyone who makes excuses for that throttle is a fucking retard

Technically, that would be someone that cannot discern the difference between a rumor and a fact.

  6. My spring order 2020 XRS was $14,200.  The throttle comments have been around since the 1200 was introduced and that was started by the lester boys who don't like anything that's not provided by a sponsor of their bullshit.

Laggy and slow??  That's funny because it beat every 800/850 two smoke in the 2020 shootout and was right there or ahead of every 800/850 again this year.   Throw a cheap tune on it and it's no contest but again, means jack shit on public trails.  As for the throttle, it's instant response unless you are running it in Eco mode.

It is behind the winder because the 998T is one excellent motor, but it is also 70lbs lighter and feels like it on trails with corners.  I get it, most still enjoy burning oil which is perfectly fine by me.  If you are spending $15K you should be riding whatever you want there are more great options out there than ever before in this shrinking sport.

  7. Sound quality is excellent compared to any comparably priced ear buds that I would never go back to  because they just make my ears sore after several hours.  I have had mine for six seasons and they still hold a charge for at least two full days of riding and without ever turning the system off.

  8. Nothing like sword fighting over who's sled is "faster" whatever that means.  Ricky racers all over the trails up here last weekend.  It's only funny how fast they think they are until you follow one of these douche bag fucktards cutting corners, blowing stop signs and generally riding like a complete asstard trying to prove to the sledding gods just how incredible their "riding skills" are.

On the ride back to the cabin yesterday evening we come up on two sleds.  Follow them for about two miles to the next corner where one asstard in their group completely  blew past the corner and was pulling his fully modified piped and picked shitbox out of the weeds while the lead asstard was sitting on the corner waiting for the three of them  to get ready to proceed onward.

Of course we proceeded past asstard leader and just knew from the look through is ricky racer getup that was going to have to prove his complete jackassery by running right up on the back bumper of the last sled in our group.  He did this dipshittery until we were up the trail about a solid 6 or 7 miles before the complete shit for brains must have finally realized he had left all three of his riding mates somewhere behind him several miles back and finally turned around to go find them.

No point to this story really other than it's comical how "fast" everyone's sled is and how every other sled, even those proven on radar guns, to be faster are all unbelievably slow.  I really don't care how much shit you strapped on to old Betsy to get her to go another few MPH faster.  None of that matters when there is a corner ahead and you have to actually make it turn ON YOUR SIDE OF THE FUCKING TRAIL...

  9. Wall street investment firm pumping their green energy stocks to main street so they can make a few billion in profits.....  As already mentioned the grid cannot handle an all EV world while taxpayers take it up the ass in the near term paying for a business model that only works with subsidies and meanwhile dumbshits in gubment now will crush oil exploration and make sure we are all paying $4-5 bucks a gallon for gas.  Fucking stupid just like anyone that believes this shit.  15 years to all electric, no fuckin' way.  40 or 50 years perhaps.

  10. The problem for me is there is no substitute for sledding and I have tried just about everything.  Wheeled toys on sand, dirt and even snow.  Asphalt toys at the track.  Water toys of every type and kind.  Nothing is the same as sledding or I would have given up on it years ago just because the seasons are so short and unpredictable.....

The only sledder's I know that gave up the sport completely either had medical conditions or no access to snow anymore.

  11. Constant 70 degrees all year round.  With geothermal you just leave the temp constant as the recovery is too long and ends up consuming more energy.  Six years in and with $1.00 propane the payback is yet to materialize with this system but the biden fuck everyone energy plan should drive the cost of gas/oil through the roof by summer so I guess that will accelerate.

    That could be earthquake related.

Most articles say it's because of environmental issues and reducing carbon emissions.  I have no idea where all these stupid fucks think they are going to get their electricity from when the grid is overtaxed.

  13. Long Video but bottom line is Biden and his swamp rat shit birds are going  to kill American energy independence and American jobs right along with it.  You won't see any of this anywhere in the MSM.   Abbott is doing what needs to be done to protect American jobs, the economy and say fuck you to big government overreach.  Hopefully he is successful because this effects jobs everywhere not just in Texas.

Judge blocks Biden’s 100-day deportation freeze temporarily

A federal judge blocked Joe Biden’s administration from enforcing the new president’s Executive Order that initiated a 100-day deportation freeze, following a lawsuit from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton alleging the pause was unconstitutional.

Judge Drew Tipton from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, a former President Donald Trump appointee, issued a temporary restraining order against the Department of Homeland Security, a move that will apply across the United States for 14 days.

“Texas has thus far satisfactorily demonstrated it is entitled to immediate and temporary relief from the January 20 Memorandum’s 100-day pause on removals,” wrote Tipton.

Paxton announced the lawsuit last week, accusing the Biden administration of violating the U.S. Constitution, federal immigration and administrative law and a contractual agreement between the DHS and Texas, with an order that he said “would seriously and irreparably harm Texas and its citizens.”

“In one of its first of dozens of steps that harm Texas and the nation as a whole, the Biden administration directed [Department of Homeland Security] to violate federal immigration law and breach an agreement to consult and cooperate with Texas on that law,” Paxton said in a statement.

Following the ruling, Paxton said Texas is the first to bring a lawsuit against the new administration, tweeting, “AND WE WON. Within 6 days of Biden’s inauguration, Texas has HALTED his illegal deportation freeze.”

The Texas Attorney General went on to say that the move was “a seditious left-wing insurrection,” adding, “And my team and I stopped it.”

Reuters reported that the Biden administration will likely appeal the ruling.

Over the weekend and in response to the 100-day pause, an internal email obtained by Fox News revealed an ICE official instructed officers in Texas to “release them all, immediately,” referring to the detainees, in addition to ordering all removals to stop, including land and air deportations.

“As of midnight [Thursday], stop all removals,” the email read. “This includes Mexican bus runs, charter flights and commercial removals (until further notice) … all cases are to be considered [no significant likelihood of removal in foreseeable future].”

In the email, the ICE official made sure to note that he was just “the messenger” of the orders, communicating that it was not his idea; rather, it was President Biden’s.

At least 14,715 detainees are currently held in 138 ICE facilities nationwide, with criminal charges that include, but are not limited to, assault, child abuse, domestic violence, drug trafficking and rape.

It is unknown if the agency is carrying out the mass release.
