MN is 50 24/7 except for some lakes like Vermillion where they say 60.  Sconnie is have at it during the day, 55 at night from what I remember:

I make beef tenderloin quite often which with baby reds and a veggie is less than $30... and there'll be leftovers, as an example. 

 

 

When we’ve been doing the tenderloins, we try to get a nice 1.2-1.3 pounder, and the left overs are amazing the next day in a basic Stir Fry.  We watch for the expiring meat discounts and can grab a couple good ones, usually around $20 each.  Unless we are on vacation, we never ever eat out anymore.

Simply less people getting caught.  Not sure where the officer counts are in Chicago, but Mpls is down over 300 in the last 4 years.  With that many less people to make arrests, it’s no wonder they can claim crime is down.

Suuure, a higher percentage are being sent back.  BUT the numbers crossing are astronomically higher.  I’ll take the smaller overall numbers crossing and the smaller percentage over what is happening now, if that can be achieved by policy changes.  That’s what changed the volume was it not??
