  1. Harper has a Master's in economics, helped found the current party, and served as an MP.  To compare that to Trudeau is ridiculous.

I see Liberal Steve still likes to bend the truth to suit his agenda.

Iran is still, and will continue to be, an issue.  What does Saddam have to do with that?

How come when it comes to Harper who only had 1 job in his life (Mail Clerk) he was so qualified (not to say he wasn't) ?  seems odd to have such a narrow view of things ONEWAY

And good because we used to hate IRAN when we backed Saddam with money and arms not too long a go,  I am sure this will change soon

  2. Well, whenever I see guys fucking around with these little trailers, some are in backwards, some are in forwards.......  Like I said, I just can't understand why a snowmobiler would not get a max width trailer, when sleds are 48" wide.

Would you buy a travel trailer that was only 7' wide, because it was "easier" to tow?

  3. Boats are certainly more aerodynamic than sled trailers, but I'm also towing 7000 lbs.

I have never seen a van-style trailer cheaper than a 2 place clamshell..... but have seen lots of 7' wide van trailers with only 2 sleds in them, in diagonally, reversed, upside down...... :)

  4. The layout is really nice.  Optional swim platform is massive, big enough for a Sea-Doo if desired.  And the 360 will look modern for years to come (arched side windshields give it the look of a modern mini-yacht).

Don't know if you've water tested it yet.... but check every system if you can, in addition to the powertrain stuff.  A/C at the dock as well as on the genny, heat, fridges, water, etc.  If yours has the icemaker on the upper deck, apparently there's a fridge/freezer available that fits in the same cavity (much more useful).  He's going to order one.

And make sure you get the adapter to draw from 2x 30amp shore supplies.... they're not cheap!

Lol!!   Good idea!!!  Glad to hear hes enjoying it.  The issues don't sound too bad esp when u factor in age and hrs. Doral in general seems to be a very popular boat.  Very well built, great layouts and age well.

  5. Well of course the aero and weight load will be less..... but like I said, do you not buy trailers for the functionality?  If somebody has issues towing an 8.5 wide trailer.... perhaps they shouldn't be on the road.  :)

  6. This.

I tow 7000 lbs routinely with a Grand Cherokee with no issues.  I'd say something was wrong with that Ford.

You obviously have a problem with your half ton tow vehicle :)

  7. Easier to tow?  If your tow vehicle can handle a 7 foot wide trailer, but not an 8.5 wide one....... the trailer is the least of your troubles!  And if you need extended mirrors, no big issue.

I don't see snowmobiles getting narrower anytime soon, so I can't fathom not being able to park two of them side by side.  That's just me.

  8. His has been good.  A couple system issues (water tank leak) and a few mechanical issues (seawater pumps, trim sender, stuff like that).  He's enjoying it though.

If it dropped 10k in a month..... wait a couple more months!  Lol

When he bought his, they had another 6 or so people seriously interested.  Seems like a popular boat!

just awaiting stupid bank people....better half there right now!!  How's your buddys holding up?   (on plus side...price dropped 10k!)
