I got 16 speeding tickets in my first two years driving.   Lots of weekends at state mandated defensive driving classes. Lost my license for a total of 90 days. It’s now been almost 30 years now without a ticket.

If you read the article you'd find that you Don't know what you're talking about. Trump has been complaining for 3 years about the fed pulling back on QE too fast. Seems like that's what the article is alluding to as well.
