    There you go.

04, do the right thing and give it to one of your buddies! Even split it so you both have a $100 permit

I'm thinking of putting all 3 on my sled if I get one this year.  On the bold, I already got my permit two weeks ago

  2. I tried contacting the guy who's permits I received.  No answer on his phone after 5 tries and no email back from the email I sent him.  OFSC told me to destroy the permits or return them as they have sent out new ones to the guy

Mine had my name /address so looks like they got it right.

I opened the envelope and tried phoning the number the guy had given the Ofsc. Didn’t get a hold of anyone so will try again tomorrow

Decided to check mine as I never opened the envelope. All good here. 1 classic and 1 seasonal.

What are some of the issue people are having?

As blackstar posted, wrong name to address. I received two passes today with my address on the envelope but someone else’s name on it. I already received my permit a week and a bit ago

  5. Bit of a shit show going on right now with the Ofsc and trail passes. People are saying on FB they are receiving other people’s trail passes. Happened to me today

Haha! It just came in the mail. That didn't take too long.

I was getting emails this weekend but received my confirmation email and delivered email as well as my permit two weeks ago

I thought Doo addressed the throttle lag thing, it plagued the 1200 series I guess they missed it on the 900 too.  The base 900 would top out at 75 mph with all things perfect...... so I’m guessing the turbo version hitting 100 would be a stretch.....did you ever run it head to head with another 900 Turbo?  For the record, you are not the only one with complaints regarding the 9T.  My neighbor had the same ride and traded back to an 850 Doo, he said his 900T was a turd.

Over on DOOtalk it was a hit and miss with guys on the throttle lag.  Some said they had a lag and others said it was fine.  They say a tune helps out a lot but I wasn't about ready to get one.  I never got to run it with another turbo to see if there was a difference.  There is quite a few guys that have had the same problems I did.  I just happened to have all the problems with mine

What was so bad about it?

Here's a list that I can think of off the top of my head.  Others have had the same problems as I did.  Some are picky but I shouldn't have these with a new sled IMO

    Throttle lag

Throttle surge (your ass puckers when you give it gas and let off the throttle but it still accelerates for a few seconds coming into a corner)

Enough pressure in the gas tank that the cap will shoot off the tank a good 8" sometimes

    struggle to hit 100 mph

had a bad vibration in it

    headlights suck

steering froze cock stiff on it while riding

I was down on engine oil

started getting clunking in reverse (assume it was the secondary spring)

    random high idles

Sled was dead a few times up in Cochrane.  Not cool when you are in the middle of nowhere

RPM's would randomly hunt at idle

I've been fortunate to never own a lemon sled.  I know others than have though.  It's enough to make people leave sledding.

It is.  Towards the end of the season I told the wife that I have no interest in sledding anymore driving that thing

Jesus.  Nothing worse than a bum sled.  NOTHING!

some people flame me for saying it but I preferred my 13 nytro over the DOO.  In my eyes it was that bad.  Only thing I can say good about the sled is that it had a comfortable ride

I haven't heard this about Doo since the Ptek days.  You sure you mean Doo and not Poo?  Is your keyboard messed up, bro?    :lmao:

Sled less for the year or buying new? You sold he doo quick after a year

most likely sledless.  I hated that DOO.  The most disappointing sled I have ever owned

I really haven't seen the bad you are claiming :dunno:  which of the above isn't good IRV

That carbon tax is killing us

No option to sell it to the guy who bought your sled? :dunno: I'm sure someone will purchase it or is there an option to send it back for a refund? I've never heard of that before so I am guessing no but.........

I probably could but a buddy of mine wants it when I get it.  If it had come in yesterday I would have just given it to the guy that bought my sled

Dude, try to make time.  Don’t fall into that trap so easy unless of course you just don’t enjoy sledding anymore.

    The Doo was a flop?

I had quite a few problems with my turbo (not engine related)  Is easily the worst sled I have owned.  Towards the end of the season I had no interest in riding it anymore.  If it sells it sells.  If not I will get out on it here and there through the winter if I can
