My sister in law riding like a woman went 400 miles on one quart with her 600 El Tigre CTEC. That’s almost scary. lol

My CTEC 800 goes about 500-550 miles on a gallon. Uses less than ETECs. Uses about a half gallon or so more gas than an ETEC though. Polaris kicks all our assess on gas and oil usage though. lol

I did 86 miles and used 5 gallons of fuel the other day. 20 map is scary lean in the mid range. We did 120 miles riding aggressive on our last trip and we all had 2 gallons left.

Yeah was talking to someone who got 2019 poo 850 he says it needs a gallon of oil every 300 to 325 miles.. I am like holyshit..   does that sound right to you?  seems a lot to me.

I'm about 400-450 to gallon riding hard. Riding 30-60 all day I'm about 550 to a gallon.

All the velocity shocks I serviced this fall and in December got revalved stiffer. The 2020 xcr shocks are soft.

The velocity shocks are pretty bad ass.

QS3’s are a budget shock. Like most Fox shocks they are of decent quality but still a budget shock compared to any moderate or high end shock.

Yeah analer is a big dumb dumb. When's the best time for me to send my shocks Tom?

So you don't know what you're doing.

Go read the countless thread on FB and hcs about guys bitching about soft rears on the xcr. If they only knew cranking it fixed it from bottoming. You have a different skid ffs.

You sure you know what youre doing? I put softer springs on mine and it was bottoming pretty regularly. I cranked up the dampening and the low speed and now its perfect.

The shocks shouldn't have to be cranked to reduce bottoming. You'll have that shock blown out like your bunghole in no time.

I rode Drew’s XCR and no I didn’t adjust them. They felt lumberwagon stuff like every walker shock

Drew's didn't have velocitys. Mine aren't stiff at all very plush. In fact I'll probably revalve the rear and fts a bit stiff next year. The xcr indy was way undersprung I know that. Put HDs in mine and its amazing now and much easier to adjust the shocks rather then full hard on HI and LO speed.

We just had to get my buddies 500 sabercat going after we did 120 miles then came back to camp and had half a case of beer. Went to warm it up and it was running on 1 lung. Changed a plug and pulled it over to get the fuel out of the cylinder. Got the message he made it home on 2 lungs, neddle in the carb must be sticky and fouling it up with fuel when it sits. Good times at camp.

Arctic Cat thought it was a great idea to be different and made that method impossible lol.

It's the exact same on a cat. Unsprung springs and bolt it into the tunnel. Take a pry bar and set the springs on the blocks. Easy and I've done it hundreds of times on my own and from the time I was 15-16. Done several trailside or in hotel parking lots.
