It's a just a step or two process to get your account fired back up at HCS, HCS is probably a better site now for sled info than it was in the past.

HCS is on life support.   I couldn't believe the lack of use this past winter.

I don't think they have any hope of holding even half of the 22 seats they have coming up for election.  Not right now anyway.  Their games are gonna cost them....dearly.  And that is sad for all of us.  But they are willing to sacrifice it all...so, who can stop them?

I agree, however, two years is an eternity in American politics.  A lot can happen.  It's already clear the game plan is to try to take down the POTUS.  That's the strategy.

I'm really trying to figure out the Dems long term plan or goal now.  I just don't see where this can be any type of "win" for them.  Gorsuch fit their model MUCH BETTER than Scalia.  What is the problem?  I don't get it.  Maybe they are just a bunch of whining, temper tantrum throwing crybabies.  I'd really hoped that wasn't the case at the top...but...........

Mid-term elections.  They can go back to their constituents for the mid-terms and say how hard they fought against the nomination; and then make a lot of noise about how the rules were changed and how that will lead to even more conservative nominations in the future.  Then, with a swing of 3 seats, they will hold the majority and have more leverage to block future Trump nominees.  It's all about politics before process and politics before country.

I've been visiting foxnews.com for a number of years as part of my daily net surfing routine. You are correct about CNN's Trump stories, but Fox did the same exact thing regarding the previous president. A couple of months ago I was challenged by a relative to find a positive story about Democrats on foxnews.com. Such a thing does not exist. Does that make Fox "yellow journalism" too?

The only reason I'm asking is because Fox was not on the "banned media" list.

To the degree CNN, Fox, or any of them do this it damages the credibility of the free press.  CNN is real bad with it right now.  I don't have a problem with them taking on the POTUS - that's their job - but why does the nearly the entire 'front page' have to do so?   Also, it's not always the reporting itself that's the worst problem either - sometimes it's the misleading title or what's not reported that day that smells of such bias.

  6. CNN is yellow journalism 2017 - so fake news fits.   At times their website's 5-6 or even more top news stories are related to  Trump and are consistently titled or reported with a bias against him.   It's so glaring it's clear they have an obsession.  It's kind of like the problem people like MC have.

Still, the press thing today was petty on the admins part and only pours more fuel on CNNs fire.

She had some missteps, said something stupid, but I don't see her acting like a cunt.  she goes on all these shows where they are not looking for information or insight, just a Gotha moment. I think she handles her self very well.

Good post.  She's a smart lady who communicates well with - even those who only get up each day bent on trying to take trump and his admin down.

Ummm. Most of the firearms in Mexico came from America, just say'n..

Also kinda fucked up you're so anti Trump that your post reads pro Mexico/anti America.. It's really sad, immature, and honestly totally pathetic that you want America to fail and Mexico to prosper just because you don't like the who won the presidency. Smh

Good post.    It really is pathetic and sad.

do you honestly think the rnc was just a little more cautious and the russians couldn't get in?

I think the Russians, Chinese, Americans, etc... are all hacking and spying on each other.  Hillary placed our country at risk using a private server and Podesta and his team just dropped the ball.

wouldn't have taken that many vote changes in those states to alter the election. while vast amounts of votes wouldn't have changed, the question is was there enough? i think there was a good chance.

We will never know that but we do know that Hillary and her team explicitly ignored those states - even against President Obama's urging.

  11. Watched the first 6 or 6 1/2 minutes and Olbermann failed.  He sounded like someone who's been in the anger stage of grief and is probably in group therapy for it.  I'm guessing the words President Elect Trump are causing him some anxiety.

  12. Putin isn't the real story.  Clinton and her team were reckless in the way they stored and treated information.  Whether it was Putin; a 14 year old computer geek; or a really big fella who never comes out of the house who hacked the emails, in the end it exposed the truth.  Whether or not it influenced the outcome of the election can be debated for generations - but we will never know.  Personally, I don't think it mattered.  Hillary was a deeply flawed candidate (as was Trump), but in the end it was the blue states of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania who put him over the top.  States he spent time in and she did not.
