Yeah...the NY AG is as biased as can be against Trump.....she readily admits she's been after Trump for years.

His pleading the 5th was his only option to avoid any type of perjury trap these POS'S were looking for.

    Exactly.  He said:

I once asked, 'If you're innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?' Now I know the answer to that question. When your family, your company, and all the people in your orbit have become the targets of an unfounded, politically motivated Witch Hunt supported by lawyers, prosecutors, and the Fake News Media, you have no choice," he said in his statement.

  2. Joe Biden is a puppet and his minions who actually control the strings see no issue with gas prices or their impact on everything else.  In 2019 his kitchen table concern was for bald tires and community college.   We can add the price of gas, food, rents, and even the cost to replace those bald tires - up 15-30% in the last year as reasons he really can’t even relate to an average family’s issues.

    Joe Biden Oct 2019:

“There’s a reason why he’s bringing all this malarkey, there’s a reason. He doesn’t want to talk about the substantive issues. It’s not about his family or my family, it’s about your family and your family is hurting badly,” he said.

“You're sitting at the kitchen table this morning deciding, well, we can't get new tires, they're bald… . Or are we going to be able to pay the mortgage? Who's going to tell her she can't go back to community college?

Not including benefits, paid time off, pension , no accountability for job performance and a whopping 180 daze of so called work .

If it was such a great gig we wouldn’t have the big teacher shortages, now would we?

  4. Schools lunches are highly regulated.  Serving size; servings of whole grains, protein, fruit, veg, etc. - minimum and maximum calories, limits on fat, salt, etc …  if a dinner roll is served it’s without butter.   If pizza is served it’s on a wheat crust.  A lot of meals look more like a snack and a bad one at that.   In theory the meals are healthier but they aren’t good or often times even appealing to eat.  The result being students throwing away more food than ever.

  5. The kits start shipping in the end of January - so maybe we’ll get them 3-4 weeks from now.   Meanwhile, none of the local stores or even Amazon have kits now.

No test kits.  That’s  quite a planning fail for a POTUS who ran on beating down COVID.  Yeah, for sure we should all be thanking Joe 🤡.

No kidding...I graduated from there in 1990. I'm amazed at all the improvements they have made on campus and I see they are doing some major road work on Presque Isle Ave.

Marquette has a very strong housing market if you're a seller.  Asking price +++ is common right now.  Contractors are involved in so many big projects that it's almost impossible to find them for smaller jobs.  It's also getting more recognition for outdoor opportunities - bike trails; hiking and stuff like that.

Yesterday was good...we loaded the rig, drove to NMU, hauled everything in, unpacked..etc....nice day together. Today on the other hand is when she gets in her car and off she goes....I'm a wreck.😫😪

My middle son is attending NMU too (as did my oldest).  I work 5 blocks from the campus.

  8. I'll probably get flamed for saying this, but it's my own observation.  I think it depends where you live and drive it.  Up here in Marquette county (U.P.) they use a lot of salt in the winter.  GM makes some very nice looking vehicles but after 6 or 7 U.P. winters, I have seen a LOT of them lose paint and rust - especially around the wheel wells.  I don't know if it's in the primers that have been used or why it is.  I do think some of this comes from build quality and attention to details.  My son's 2010 Corolla has a bead of sealant run all the way around the wheel wells between the outer and inner sheet metal.  Salt can't get behind the spot welds and start rusting the outer fender from the inside out.  My last Chevy didn't have that and I'm not sure that they still do.

I see 10 year old Hondas and Toyotas that look like new and 7 year old GMs (and others) that look like crap.  I think a majority of GM''s at 7-10 yrs up here show the effects of winter.  For me, vehicles are too much $$$ to have that happen so soon.

  9. Not sure what's the point with all the cop hating news and threads.  Flipping a coin was stupid and unprofessional but not newsworthy.  Besides, the good stuff police do every day outweighs the bad by a thousand to one.

  10. Isn't it great to get up every day KNOWING that Hillary got beat by Donald Trump - just imagine that!  All Slowrider's time and effort spent here mocking President Trump won't change the fact that that the Donald is the POTUS and Hillary is not.
