Nice work!  There's been several FB posts from friends of friends who've been making a haul on morels this past week.  So good!!

Inlaws were visiting where they used to live (Lewiston) and found some down that way.

Why wouldn’t they? Voters don’t care. The lemmings keep showing up at the voting booth to do their “civic duty” no matter.

    No shit huh.

Funny, we get a thread started about a lie or two, and whooosh, 130+ come flying through the door with just one of the current candidates… shocking!  Not…

You mean to tell me politicians lie???

Walleye & sauger fishing has been fantastic here ... some absolute hogs.  Here's just a few pics from a buddy/local guide who's loving it this spring (and so are his customers):

And then there was this from another guide, just up the river about a month ago:

Saw that last one on Facebook, damn submarine lol.

Hopefully there’s a complete breakdown with major civil unrest along with a collapse in supply chains. Obviously it won’t affect billionaires like Trump, but guys like Pete will be fucked.

I'd love to see $10.  Needs to crack $4 to turn the pumps on my farmland on.

    Sounds great..

Got some new Parker Pioneer hydraulic ports to put on the tractor today, along with working on the HVAC system.  I got a couple new LED lights too.  Maintenance never ends!

What model tractor are you working on?

If it is worth more than you owe than that isn't really debt.  Things that appreciate are investments.  Obviously houses can be shitty ones compared to others but calling that debt is more of a stretch.  Stuff others put on credit cards to put in said house are the problem.

Correct. It's worth 2 or 3 times what we owe even after adding on in '21.

and you likely bought one you can actually afford... ?

we base our household budget on the income of one.

Yes, we bought in '11 so not long after the big foreclosure crunch in 08. We did a similar thing when we bought, I wanted to make sure if worst case scenario and one of us lost pur job we could still afford it.
