Holy shit, three new pages of memes to catch up on today..............

Some kids suck! Had them clean the garage 2 weeks ago and I came out to grab some elk meat last night, about 100lbs thrown out......

It's the exact same spot as my last 98 crank that went. Maybe try to find a 700 or 800 to drop in next season but for now I put it back together and parked it for the summer. 

Got another 1998 ZR 600 crank on its way out, the big end bearing has started to get chewed up on one side.

Build a shelf to store the M800 on this summer, the 600 will go under it after the top end is installed next week. Hope for better snow next year!

After modifying the hood to fit twin pipes i had to go to lowes to make my vent screens.

Best guess is it was pugged in then when it shorted out it caused the breaker that controls the block heater and battery charger to trip.

Happy accidents that got me out of the shop today.

Had a generator fail at a site in Island Park over the weekend, got up here today to find someone left a label maker on top of the engine.

Not just stingers but stingers that were repacked with 12 stainless Scotch Brite scubbers each.

The FMF fiberglass packing deteriorated after 1 season and retained alot of oil in the fibers.

Agreed, the fiber gaskets dont compete with the metal ones, this gasket is only 2 seasons old.

Finished the kitchen renovation so i got back to looking at the 600, found the cause of the coolant leak after removing the mag cylinder.

Easy fix and should have it running tonight.

If your trailer is aluminum framed be sure to check that the treated wood will not react/corrode it as most treated lumber will. You make have to find a way to mitigate this with a spacer material or coating.

Had enough snow left over from last weekends storm so I was able to ride my MX track today. Couldnt go out and ride due to being on-call at work.

Weird they dropped the Mountain Max and replaced it by bringing back the Sidewinder M-TX, I'm guessing there weren't going to be any 800 c-tecs available so they had to have something more than the just the venom.

858 will have a new primary...

Would have been neat to attend but the only ride I could make with my brother had me driving the opposite direction to Georgetown, ID.

Arctic Cat posted on the 'book that the rides had turned into a display.  Not long after that, WCDC replied to that saying the demos were still on.  What tf actually happened?????  Curiosity was almost powerful enough to convince me to drive over there and find out for myself.

We could see more of this for the next few weekends, depending on how much snow North America gets in the next 7-10 days.  There are a couple of storms on the horizon that may give us a second chance, we'll see.

Really slick setup and the sled doesn't get hung up. I added pieces of track in the middle for traction. 

Took a 2 hour drive south today to ride a new area. Great day and untracked snow, only downside was losing a cheap helmet camera in a roll down a hill.

15 mile ride back to the trailer but temp light never came on and doesn't appear to have lost much coolant.
