It does bother me, i have utter distain for a couple posters...I've reported it both to you and John and nothing. If you prefer I just log out say so and I'll happily oblige. It's a yes or no answer don't try to avoid answering.

I'm not a lawyer, however the Colorado Supreme Court can't find him guilty of an insurrection; there hasn't been a trial nor a charge. The President whether you like him or not is entitled to due process. Please don't allow your hatred for one man to turn our system into a banana republic.

Definitely a specious argument...there is no due process in your example.  If Trump had been convicted of an insurrection the court then could rule on it. It's laughable that you think this is the correct course of action.

Has he been charged or convicted of inciting an insurrection? If he isn't guilty of these crimes the court can't just make it so....Secondly, the text of the 14th ammendment was written because the generals of the South raised an army to openly and actively fight the federal government.  These two things aren't remotely related.
