LOL, OK. I work in this industry every day dude.

Oh yeah, because working in an industry always prevents people from having an ass backwards view of that industry

Oh come on now, when did I say you all hate women?

I don't need any lectures from anyone here about what Net Neutrality is or isn't. The Internet was doing just fine for 20+ years without any Net Neutrality legislation.

Net neutrality isn't a new concept, and it's been actively protected by the FCC for 20 years now. The only reason you even think about net neutrality is because conservatives have recently stepped up their efforts to destroy it. Net Neutrality is simply not changing the way things are, anti-net neutrality legislation is the legislation that will change the internet. You're so fucking brainwashed you've picked the conservative side of an argument you don't even understand.

Ever since that moustache you guys all made fun of filled out I get told I look like Ron Swanson at least a couple times a week. It's usually funny and I drop a Swanson line as a joke, but occasionally a a drunk guy will take it too far and just keep calling me Ron Swanson every time I walk by, they'll start butchering quotes from the show because they're trashed or ask for me to pose for a Snapchat and I just want to punch them in the fucking face.

I can tell you exactly what net neutrality is like, it's exactly how the internet is right now you fucking doofus. It's just staying with the status qou... there's no need to wonder what it will or won't be because we already fucking know what it is and has been.

    Not sure what you mean...

It's a stereotype in NJ that Canadians always go to Wildwood when they go to the shore. You'll see a fair amount of cars with Canadian plates and you'll hear the occasional Eh in Wildwood/Cape May, but when you go to other towns along the shore like Seaside or out on Long Beach Island... no Canadians.

Is that concrete boat still there?

So why do Canadians always go to Wildwood? Do you figure, "I already drove this far, I might as well go all the way." Or do you all just hate Seaside?

If your body cam isn't on or isn't working, no conviction and case dropped. Same goes with dash cam. That would force these cops to stop having "malfunctions". If it happens to be that a cop turns it off or messes with it, off the force. People in this country want to trust cops again. The problem is they aren't doing a damn thing to earn it. I just can't fathom how memory on the cam is an issue. Buy a hardrive and store it after each shift. I mean come the fuck on. These excuses and fuck up have to stop. They have a tough job, but enough of them are fucking up and making it hard to get behind them anymore. It's bullshit.

Especially when they keep using the "it's a dangerous job" mentality as an excuse to shoot people and claim self defense when they aren't even in danger. It's not even a dangerous job if you just start shooting as soon as you think someone might be armed.

Philando Castile for example, you shoot because you think he might be reaching for a gun? The fucking pussy cop already had his gun pointed at the guy in point blank range... How about you wait until you see the fucking gun? It's not like you won't have time to pull the trigger before he can turn around and aim it at you...

Seriously? :quaqmire: Wtf  that HAS to be the worst call

I notice it surprisingly often with conservative Christians, it's always a the most straight-laced family oriented guy with 4+ kids but the second he moves around or speaks you can tell he's gay as fuck. The voice, the mannerisms, etc. all totally flaming.

You're from the Tug Hill area?

Nah, from North Jersey but Old Forge / Tug Hill is where we ride, been going up there my whole life.

Jump waves. Eat lunch 2 miles out in the ocean. Go around the 3rd largest island on the east coast. See the entire shoreline of a river. Or lake. Or sea coast.

Only time I take my boat out to just sit is the Concert on the Lake. Other than that, may as well be by the pool as in a boat drinking.

Eh, I guess the fact that we're sailing makes just cruising around with some beers fun. I don't see how anything you just listed precludes drinking though.

I think my wife watches a reality show with him. Looks and acts like a homo with a fused neck and dildo up his ass

Lmfao, that's Chrisley Knows Best. I was talking about Chris Christie, the governor of NJ. That guy Chrisley is the fucking poster child for evangelical men who convince themselves they're straight family men because God won't love them anymore if they admit they're gay though.

The rednecks don't want either of you two so no sweat.

Not true, I get along with plenty of rednecks. I just avoid political discussion and focus on topics like snowmobiling, quads, and NASCAR.

    A work in progress... :bc:

My whole point of being in the water is to do something different than you can do on land.

Let's quit drinking and go boating.... to drink.

    Meh. Lazy man's life.

So what do you do that you can't do on land? Fish? Drive a vehicle? Oh wait, you can do those on land too.

    2 minutes ago, Snoslinger said:

sometimes, well often for me, it's about looks as well as other comforts. but to each their own. imo pontoon boats still look like something they likely originated from - rednecks connecting some junk shit together and throwing a motor on the back of it.

Meh, I don't mind looking like a redneck every now and again.

Ok , as long as you admit it you can have the chantix

It's by far the worst decision I've ever made.

I had to quit that shit.

    Gave me dreams........ bad, dreams.

I have bizarre dreams, long dreams, dreams that are so vivid I don't realize they didn't actually happen until halfway through the next day. Luckily for me as weird as they've gotten they've never gotten nightmarish or upsetting. Worst side effect for me is some nausea for an hour after I take the morning dose every once in a while.

Did I say I wanted to take her home! Yeesh, I was complimenting her weight loss, which is not easy when you're that big.

Fair enough, it really is rare to see someone drop that much weight.

  14. This is a tough question. The filet mignon au poirve from the Paul at 5 Corners in Old Forge is perfection, his pan roasted duck recipes are out of this world too though. For sides some grilled asparagus or green beans amandine and some good old garlic mashed potatoes... or a good charcuterie plate with a good prosciutto or serrano ham, a couple cheeses that aren't too funky, fresh bread, something pickled, and local honey.

Fuck, I'm hungry again now and I just ate!

It takes one braindead retarded fucking useless faggot to start smoking cigs in this day and age. Pay for your own fucking chantix if you cant quit ya fucking leech

If I didn't quit and got cancer I'd be raising healthcare costs for everyone with massive medical bills. THAT would be leeching. A few hundred bucks to prevent tens if not hundreds of thousands in medical treatment? It's a smart investment regardless.

Also, yeah, I was completely fucking stupid to start smoking when I was 17/18... but teenagers are fucking idiots.

  16. 1 minute ago, f7ben said:

It makes sense to focus preventative care on those most at risk.......its like free birth control for people without the means to raise a child

You know how much Chantix cost before Obamacare pushed for preventative care? I had to pay nearly full price for that shit the first time I tried to quit. This time? Free.

"can't wait to pick up my pontoon boat"

8 words never coming out of my mouth

You could definitely catch me saying that. Slow, stable, fits a good sized group. I mean the whole point of being on a boat for me is drinking out on the water and the past two summers I've been having a blast on my friend's shitty old 23' sailboat.
