This is such a calming thread nice to see everyone playing nice. Still waiting for a couple of hyper posters to say something positive... You know who you are

I'm sure no one will laugh at this one! This thread is for other members to say something good about another member.
Spin_Dry the ability to live in a van though not for me it's pretty cool.

Seems like all the local poster around here except 3 that post constantly, mostly about how someone is doing a great job and how somebody else ruined my life.

I like just reading threw the topics just to hear the bashing but one thing that amazes me is how long some of you are on here during the day and not just m-f it's all 7 days. Maybe some just do it on there phones when there waiting for other things but holy shit some of you have a lot of computer time on your hands. Keep it up. Assuming most of you are retired if not your boss should fire you.

if I could have opted out 20 years ago and taken 50% of what I had paid into the program I would have. Mind you my father paid in his entire life until his death at 54 and never got one red cent back. Great deal for everyone else...
So you want 50% of what you put in but the rich won't even get a fraction of what they pay in but that's ok because they have more then you correct?

Not enough evidence to say if it was justified or not.

Regerdeless, what instead of a cop it was a disabled vehicle with people outside. You are responsible to be able to keep a safe distance and speed to not cause injury. He was obviously hauling the mail before that and could of caused injury to many others. JMO

It's the liberal way of bitching about money so they just cut that part out of the budget to see if people will bitch so they start funding a $65k employee again to pick up deer carcass. They changed this a couple of years ago. Don't bother me and it keeps the pita people crying.

Heard a report last night that 60% of UW Madison students being admitted are NON RESIDENT students as opposed to 20% just 10 years ago. I guess some in the legislature want to know why there are some Wisconsin applicants that are being bumped or put on a waiting list for application status even though they are in the top of their class.
Not sure if it has anything to do with affirmative action, but interesting to say the least. Why would a top Wisconsin HS graduate not be admitted over a non resident?
That's intreasting just sat threw a college tour at UW Madison for my daughter and at that time they said they try to keep 50% of there enrollment in state.

My wife and I cut spending rather then raise our debt every year but I guess that doesn't make sense.

12.7 kwh in January that wouldn't run my house for 6 hrs. I'm guessing you are tied to the grid which spins your meter backwards but once your usage is less then your producing the utility buys back you power but at a very reduced rate? What is the total cost of the system? With ground water heat pump my home can use up 1.8-2 mwh in the winter. I guess i would have to use my snowmobile if I wanted to go anywhere.

How? Because one was more affective than the another?
The natives were met with superior mentality and firepower.
It was war. The natives lost.
Let's move on.
Yep, poor spindry at least you can park your van out west without being scalped.

LED is the cats ass. Very bright and last a longtime.
Good to see you today.
You are correct that leds last a long time the problem is if you cycle the bulbs off and on a lot many of these manufactures you cheap drivers and they burn out far quicker then the led. I have incadescent that have lasted more then 30 years.

Something like 13-14 percent of all US agriculture is a result of California. Take that out and you think people cry now about the cost of food…. The whining would be epic. Coupled that with the required increases in welfare/food stamps to cover the prices, we would all be penalized
Well since California is approximately 12% of the us population a 13% decrease wouldn't be that bad less mouths to feed.

Had a ass hat come up on 1 of our drags few weeks back he was so close that when driver stoped to let him pass this ass hat was litteraly on the pan .
The groomer should of known that person was in a hurry and ran the groomer off the trail immediatly so that rider could get were he needed to be. Groomers have got to start worrying more about others agendas then there regardless if they have been in the groomer for 10 hours already...
