  1. Update. I ended up removing engine mount bolts and lifting the engine to gain access to the 2 bottom water pump cover bolts. It was a bit of a project but I was able to replace the water pump cover gasket and I have a couple hundred miles on since repair and no leaks. With all the bends in the cooling hose it Has to be installed just right for the hose not to rub on anything. The coolant hose has a white mark on it to give you a proper orientation on the coolant bottle I don’t know if that was my problem that it was not aligned properly but with the new hose and index Mark lined up properly on the coolant bottle  I have no issues with the new coolant hose rubbing on anything.

  2. 2019 Indy 800 XC I need to replace the water pump cover gasket it seems like the two bottom ones are almost impossible to get to unless the engine is lifted the manual says engine does not need to be removed to do that but the way it looks I have to remove engine mount bolts and lift the engine in place.  Is it possible or does anybody have any recommendations.  Here is another problem I found searching for my leak this is the hose that comes off the coolant reservoir.
