It has very little to do with the Biden admin, rather the federal reserve trying to tame down inflation. The soaring market today also has very like to do with the Biden admin. 

This has to happen if you want inflation under control and interest rate cuts, hence the stock market up and giddy at potential future fed rate cuts this morning.
