    Kalahari.

I was friends with the owner (Todd Nelson) back in the early 1980's when he was a bar owner/bartender @ a place called the Brother in Laws Bar...He then opened Pizza Pub a few years later...Then started his hotel empire on the vacant property behind his Bar and Pizza joint...He built a resort called the Ramada Raintree...Yep...He's a local boy who did good...Unfortunately the rumors of how he amassed the money to build these businesses is local folklore...

I wonder if this type of thing will become more common place in the future.

The riding style has changed, guys ride with there toes on the pegs now to make them react on the bike better.

Landing off these big G-outs puts major strain on the ankles and tendons.

    Hopefully it's not a trend.

There's a closeup pic on VitalMX of his Alpinestar leftside boot...The straps loosened up just before the incident...

  3. IMO...Biggest news this season is KR94 on the kickstarter ZUK...And JB51 on the GasGas...Cant believe this might be Hondas 1st SX Championship on a 4s in 20 years...

anyone needing tires or snow tires shouldn't hesitate. the prices are staggering, even for small sizes. i just sold a set of lt275/70/18 studded duratracs, 438.00 each on the truck. even the cheap brands are ridiculous. if you need , go get em'. not gonna get any better, or cheaper. snow tires already scarce and it just snowed for the first time . didn't get slick so everyone is holding off. then it will get slick, they will be crying when the only snows left are blizzaks. they work but are big money

    12 months ago installed 4 BFG All Terrain TA's...275-70-18...A hair over a G$ complete @ Farm n Fleet...Today $ 328.00 ea plus...

I can't remember but I think the old old trail was in blue? Why can't they just across Sunday Lake instead of running North to Indian Head and just head over to HWY 2 in red?

Mi state law...NO state funded trail can cross a body of water....BUT...I saw this problem happen in Dickinson county around 15-20 years ago...A local high roller built a big house adjacent to the trail#2 rr grade northeast of Iron Mt...He got a lawyer to get an injunction to close the trail due to noise...So in order to keep trail2 open they re-routed it across Lk Antoine...Only time I have ever seen a mi funded trail go across water...It was STUPID and a tragedy waiting to happen because that lake is spring fed and can develop soft spots overnight in certain weather conditions...The homeowner eventually lost his battle and the rr grade was reopened...

Just watched the vid, so I walked in mid Convo with the dealer and the guy from Dilla, so what I caught was the kids went up to get the motor and the Yamaha guy said it had to be broke down to make sure there were no metal fileings in it, came back said there was metal in it and he would give him a new motor, the kids said I'll take a new motor, but I bought that motor and it's mine..So Yamaha went to the kid and family and said if you don't lay off you're never getting anything from Yamaha again, no new units, no parts, nothing you're done if you pursue this,..and it was dropped,..Everyone there said that was a hot motor, no doubt..They also said at Dilla this past weekend, all the pro teams pulled out Saturday night after the pro race but Yamaha stayed which was odd..Sunday during the pro-am race, both Deegan boys after heat races, warm ups drove past their pits and rode to the pro pits where only the Yamaha factory rigs were and they pitted their bikes...

Even though he recinded his claim, thats exactly what happened to him...Sponsors pulled out and the dealer took all the bikes back from him...
