It's nothing but a cash grab IMOH. Technically I'm breaking the law every time I volunteer with the snowmobile club pulling thier trailer and machine that is not yellow stickered with my yellow stickered truck.

Last Monday, snowmobile club meeting commenced. October 21-22-23 is our snowmobile should it here and we're volunteering in our district booth. I might get to touch our machines in late November, or early December.

I've got a 7x19 and only fit two 136" or two atvs Aluminum is the way to go.
We have a 7X18 plus the 4' V nose. If we drive two snowmobiles straight in, it only fits two machines. If you back the second machine in, you can fit a third inside. We once fit 4 sleds in it once, but that was with towels and blankets between then, only one machine was a long track also. Nothing was tied down either that time.

I was just down at King and Bay. Damn I hate the congestion. There are two types of bikers there. Pedal and motor and both of them should be banned from the road if they can't follow the rules of the road. I watched countless numbers of both weaving through traffic. Riding down the line dividing the lanes, coming up to a space too narrow, sharp swerve to the left in front of the left lane car, zip around the car in front in the oncoming lane traffic riding along the centre line then ducking back in. Red lights don't apply to them either.
If I'm in the right lane, I'll hog the right side if the lane to keep me behind me at a red light. Those fuckers (bicycle) don't seem to care, ride past you when your stopped at the red and they sail through the red if there's no traffic coming. I'd love to whack some of em with a fly swatter gently when you drive by. Sadly I drive a lettered truck so I'll never be able to do that.

I would like to think that with is warm weather that Georgan Bay (which is up 8-12" from last year) will freeze up later in the season giving us the great snow we so want and need. Some say I think too much also.

Ontario need to do the same thing that 99% of us here would do when our debt it too much. Cut our costs. Sell of items were not using, get rid of people were paying to help us. Quit spending more then we make in a year. Sadly they don't grasp that.

Roads are still dry in Shelburne here.

Boats, can you use a normal automotive car radio in them or do you need a radio specially made for a boat? My parents picked up a nice used boat last fall and there is no radio in it.

Did you ask the trailer place for a price? That's what I did last time, and they were a better price then one of our local tire shops.

First snowmobile I drove might of been a late 1980's Yamaha Bravo. First snowmobile I bought with my money was a 1977 Yamaha STX 440 twin with a single carb. First machine I got when I was a adult was a 1977 Yamaha 600SX

I could ride out of the house like the neighbor does. It's just a short run through the local high school and public school, but I don't want to damage our garage floor with the studs and carbides. I ride out of our shop on the other side of town, just a few hundred meters to the trail. Plus the sleds thawed off and I can clean it more easily.
