It's on purpose to make it hard to rebuttal. People who do this usually understand that they are doing it, or they are just repeating it with no other information regarding the statement. I think this is probably the latter of the two.

It really does show the average person that the media gets the same narrative in order to manipulate the public. It would really be nice to figure out who pushes the narrative and where it comes from.
