...gave it a good shot in my hayday but never got there. I also had very long range....could throw a rock from one of the lookouts we used to drink and hang out at and hit the quarry building way below on the other side of the street.....man it made a loud crash when it hit....no mistaking it. So maybe I could throw a golf ball 240 feet but again I think it is difficult to actually throw a golf ball any distance. A baseball bat or golf club is another story.
Golf ball is so light - would be hard to fling it very far.
