Not right now, right now its swamped. i have people calling me begging me to bid their jobs. We are turning down work.

I realize the economy is on fire.  Was curious how hard it is to find employees.  Seems brutal for most industries to find even half way decent employees.  Should do well for wages.  We'll see if the end customer will absorb the probable higher prices.

Because the underwritten policy was $50k more. Thats why we did it this way. Lucky for us we averaged under 50 employees last year otherwise we'd have been fucked.

Deductibles were about $500 higher but too fucking bad. People should pay for their own healthcare anyway and stop fucking the employer!!!!!111

How's the labor market?  Assume tighter then ever?

    All,

So my brother just recently sold a house to a couple from Kenya that had a small child.  Supposedly they were married, but a something he told me that was puzzling.  The husband did NOT want his name on the house or associated with the house.   Every house that I have bought and sold had to have my spouse on the title.  I guess I was told my spouse had to be on the title and I was curious on how these people were getting away with the Husband not being on there.

    Any ideas?

Is there last name Obama, by chance?

while I also don't go to the doc because of high deducs that train was running well before obamacare.  None of these pussies in WA are willing to go after the cost of care so that will never change

In our household, out of pocket post OC went up A LOT.  Whenever I need to see a Dr or a specialist is a navigational nightmare regarding paperwork, and trying to figure out what my out of pocket might be.  The people behind the desk at ANY healthcare company I talk to about it all say the same thing....what a shit show.

    Government "solutions"  :suicide:

"Feels" like things are topping out.  Although that doesn't mean a crash is around the corner.  Maybe we flatline-ish for 3-5 years.....which wouldn't be the end of the world.

No.  It was weird.  He was polite and we went through the routine without any incident at all.  Got a warning  about not having my front license plate on (which I won't put on) and warned me about not wearing a seat belt (which I won't wear) then let me off with a warning for speeding.  Then, we both went about our day.  I mean, WTF?!?!?!?  I feel gypped!!!!!

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to post a social media rant on how I was mistreated and discriminated against by a racist bootlicking cop with a huge chip on his shoulder.

Wait, there was no beating?  No unlawful search?  You MUST be lying!!!!

Otherwise, you shoulda disrespected him a little....ie, treat him like you'd like to be treated if roles were reversed.  Next time. :bc:

I’ll say it to whoever I want and still get plenty of business as most understand that dissent is acceptable in this country and it’s a shame that you two don’t understand this.

I always try to be respectful to one's past/current life decisions that have no obvious negative impact on society.  To each their own.....NOMFB (none of my fucking business).

But than again, I'm no hardass like some on the internet.  :bc:

When you find the ones that want "your pity" or your "thanks", they'll take the apologies also.  Plenty of those out there.  Many Vets don't care if you or others respect them at all.  But disrespect can be a whole different argument.

Either way.....they didn't live their lives as keyboard jockeys filled with misery, wishing nasty things on those who oppose their views, and generally living life through the eyes of an armchair QB.

LOTS to be said for getting out the stands and on the field.......of life.  :bc:

dipshits like you are much more responsible for low wages than immigrants

Ah, more epic irony.  I just bought two pairs of made in USA shoes.  And clothing is increasingly made in Can or the USA.  I'm guessing you can't remotely say the same.  And who again contributes more to the low wage movement,  you or me?

"People that have opinions that run contrary to my own just have those opinions because they want brownie points."

I find the irony in your thinking EPIC.

On one hand you'll complain about stagnate real wages for American's.  On the other hand, you'll fully embrace a come one, come all policy in the US.

I know you're like 1 credit away from a PhD in economics.....but flooding the unskilled labor market people for decades, as we've done, is gonna result in lower wage rates for said group.  No charge for the free education.  :bc:

Or we could implement better immigration policy? Nah, soviet style border patrol better...grunt.grumble grumble.

Agree 110%.  And of course that includes real border security, like most other developed and prosperous nations.

Yup...you were born in America. Instant self righteous indignant entitled asshole whos done nothing redeeming in life and who's entire expenditure of energy can be summed up as collecting government cheese followed by dropping the box at whatever door the little computer says. Pathetic

And you're different how?  Oh yeah, you dispense your gospel on a 50 person website, in between Coors Light binges.

You, Ben and Smales really need to joint the Peace Corps.   With all this charity in your hearts, just think of all the good works you 3 empty suits could do.

That was my point.  The need to wear your fake compassion on your internet sleeve, in hopes of a virtual reach around, is pointless.  Put up or shut up for fucks sake.

So unless I can to the southern border and stop this government policy I should just shut up...you are one pathetic fuck.

You never answered about kids so assuming that's a no...explains your miserable attitude about this policy.

Actually I was thinking you'd be a perpetual sponsor of the less fortunate.  Open up your home, give them food, clothing, and shelter until they get on their feet.  Nah, you pretend to give a fuck in hopes of a virtual reach around from your internet buddies.  My kids have four paws.  :bc:

Again you are assigning positions to me yet again and listen to  you going on about hard choices...how precious.

I'm saying quit the fake compassion and concern.  If you were compassionate your actions would tell the story, instead of your keystrokes.  :bc:

  19. 1 hour ago, Jimmy Snacks said:

Yeah I'm an idiot for being concerned about what goes on in the world around me especially on our borders especially when my country employs such a fucked up policy that punishes parents and kids whose only crime is trying to better their lives. GFY you piece of shit.

    BTW do you have kids?

Actually the crime was coming here illegally, and they doubled down by including their kid's.  :bc:

Lots of American's think like you......come one, come all.  The reality is hard choices are necessary and we can't remotely accept every person living in a relative shithole.

Weird but I  never said that so why don't you two take your little slap and tickle elsewhere....take that old hack fuck Woolie with you!

Oh, hey there.  You must taken some time away from here to launch Painter's Without Borders or some such shit.....given your concern for "the situation and conditions they are fleeing from"!!!!! :handjob:
