Some trails are multi use trails and if you're on one of those multi use trails you really need to be on the look out for other users. Right or wrong, if snowmobilers don't respect the right of others to be on the trail and their safety I don't imagine it will be long before that multi use trail is closed to snowmobiles.

I know when I see people out on one of these trails, often as a family or with their dog I slow right down and give them a wide berth as I pass. They appreciate it and wave. Then I see others that fly past without moving over or slowing down. They throw chunks of snow from their tracks at the people and usually get the finger from the people.

To slow down for the seconds it takes to pass other users of the trail is just the right thing to do.

All of the trails in mt area are sled only but it doesn't seem to stop other users from using them.

We had on trail that actually went through a farmers barn yard, had to watch for cows, pigs horses.

if you where in a group you had to watch for frozen flying turds if you where not the lead sled.

  2. Nice to have FS back.

Would be nice to have some of the topics broken up a little.

    example

FS General Forum has jokes that XCR1250 post almost daily, would be nice if there was a sub forum for Jokes or whatever title you want.

I enjoy reading the jokes and even passing them on.

Also sun forums for things like US politics and one for Canadian Politics.

just my 2 cents, oh ya in Canada we have to go to nickles, no more pennies.

  3. Our Family has a chocolate lab, best dog every (first for our family)

Both my wife and I have been off work for medical issues and he (Jake) has been a god send

There is something about sitting talking to your dog and they have they that WTF look on their face.

We took him for a walk the other night down on of the sled trails close to home and I/we found out that there is a beaver pond beside it, guess what, so did Jake.

As soon as he saw the water he was gone straight into it.

Wife looked at me and said "what are we going to do", my response "I'm not fucking going to get him"

she was not impressed with me or Jake.

Our neighbour called a real estate agent about listing their house. He made an appointment to come see them the next day. He brought a buyer with him who ended up buying for more than they were going to list for that same day. Apparently he and his wife had lost out on two other homes and they wanted in this neighbourhood

Did the buyers speak English ??

    Interesting job.

I have been working in a building that had 36 data points with our temp monitors.  We always run with dual HVAC systems in each zone just to make sure each one was on point.  We did not have enough automation on the temp controls to keep the HVAC team away for long.

    36 points, geeeesssssssssssssssssss.

one of my small buildings has over 10,000

  6. Its great to have rules but they need to be enforced.

    My thinking is

    First fuck up - warning

2nd fuck up - viewing right only for x period of time.

3rd fuck up - fuck off.
