I get a big laugh out of all the people within 3 hours of Toronto or a major city who are all up in arms about cottagers coming north and raiding grocery stores.

The reality is maybe fewer “locals” are driving to cities for work or whatever reason and therefore cannot buy their groceries at the cheaper stores in larger municipal centres.  Maybe the locals are shopping locally for a change.

 And I highly doubt Trudeau drove in a Suburban by himself to Quebec.  He would have had security detail and staff.  All putting people in northern QC at risk and all breaking the isolation rules.  Never mind all the staff to maintain his cottage in QC.

As for his principal residence being the Cottage in Quebec didn’t you, the media and Liberals all whine for years about Duffy and Harper and Duffy claiming his PEI residence was his prime residence?  Now even though Trudeau has lived in Rideau cottage for 5 years minimum and appeared in front for weeks daily you claim he lives in QC.

Quebec Ontario border closed to non essential traffic.  There are roadblocks.

Leaving Ottawa driving towards Montreal guys working in Ottawa are going through 3 different spot checks.

There are travel zones within Quebec and people are being stopped travelling between zones.

Quebec people have been told do not go to cottages.   Same as Ontario.

The biggest issue with Trudeau’s travel is the entourage that also has to go.  I would bet there were 20 people minimum.   A huge risk to society.

Useless teachers crying need to be given their walking papers.  In the current economy I bet there are thousands that are as well qualified available to teach who would do a better job without hostage negotiations every couple years!
