It is. Yet it seems those pieces of shit typically get caught out of pure sloppiness. It’s those other fucks that slide under the radar. I’m of the opinion that there is no treatment for those people. The best approach is to lock them away for the remainder of their lives. Even chemical castration won’t stop many of them. It’s a true sickness that is permanent. No one will ever change my mind on that. Unfortunately they often find advocates in the mental health system.

Bit surprised ships of this size didn't need mandatory tug escorts for this reason alone.
How long before it hit the bridge did it lose power? Did it not have a chance to drop anchor?
That surprised me also

did Clinton pay her $130k to keep quiet about it ?
Duhhhhh...
No, it was the Paula Jones one that broke the bank.
President Clinton sent an $850,000 check to Paula Jones yesterday, finally closing out the sexual harassment lawsuit that continues to imperil his presidency, and in a surprise move, financed nearly half the settlement with his own money.
To come up with the funds he agreed to pay two months ago, the president had to take $375,000 out of a blind trust containing investments for him and Hillary Rodham Clinton. The other $475,000 came from a separate deal with an insurance company that funded part of his legal defense and agreed to buy out the president's personal liability policy.

Eagles are one of the greatest bands ever

Springsteen before Born in the USA was good to great
With the exception of the desperado album, eagles are elevator music.

Concord police said the two were involved in an elaborate gift card scheme that, according to court documents, spans the country.
Carter said the scheme involves stealing gift cards off the rack, then carefully opening the packaging to get barcode and PIN information. The gift cards are then brought back to the store.
"They use software to run the gift card numbers constantly, so when someone buys one, they get notified right away that now there's funds on that card," Carter said.
The scammers then steal the money, leaving the consumer with a useless gift card.
According to court documents, the fraud scheme is highly organized, sophisticated and leads to millions of dollars in losses for consumers and retailers nationwide.
"It's so sophisticated," Carter said. "They're taking extreme steps to not only launder the money, but also cover their tracks."
