  1. Some folks are being left out of this economy. Yes it is booming for many. For others it is just dropping them down further.

I was working in Concord mass the other day ( ya know the whole lexington concord , start of the revolution thing)

Customer I was talking to just moved in last yr. Medicore home. in historic district , could be nice but hasnt been remodeled in 50 yrs.

They paid 1.6 million for it.

It is quite obvious that any firefighter or teacher that works in that town can not afford to live there.

  2. Southern NH still has a few along with one up north. When I was a kid pops took me about once a month.

    ALways loved motorsports.

You could strap a gas motor to a turtles ass and I would watch em race.

I doubt millennials are the problem. People seem to forget what the age range is for them. The ones screaming for affordable housing and student loan forgiveness are too young to be a millennial. the youngest ones would have been out of college long enough their loans would be pretty much paid off by now.

You would be surprised. Their are gen z er's who still owe SL money.

I’m sure a lot have. I know at least one in my kids class moved up from CT and they work remotely. I think the article was right about zoning being a big factor though. My road for example has a 4ac minimum to build. The yuppie town I grew up in has a lot minimum too and recently put up a big fuss about a work force housing project being potentially built.

Ive gotten a Christmas tree in Richmond before that’s about all I know about Richmond not much there.

Without zoning laws every town becomes Nashua.  Trust me . It's not pretty. My town has been slammed with cluster development since an ultra liberal planning board had the steering wheel for a few years.

I used to live next to Richmond in Fitzwilliam. Bunch of crazy liberals who like to pretend they are not

Why are you complaining that Americans aren't getting money but Ukraine is then?

I wasn't, I was pointing out That liberals agree with the dude that the unarmed will lose in Ukraine, but that they don't believe that theory on American streets

  7. So a retired general was testifieing before congress as a war salesman for Ukraine money.

He said " when one person is shotting and the other person cant shoot back , the one shooting usually wins"

Duh, it's the same in public in a non war situation.

Why do liberals buy it when it's ukraine money , but not America?
