In 19 months, swine flu killed less than 10% of what COVID has in 6 months...  so there's that...

    What’s -%10 of .oxx percent?

And it pretty much fizzled out all on its own without the need for lockdowns, social distancing and masks........kind of like what covid will do with or without precautions. What a total sham.

This is how every business should run and that makes wearing a mask your choice

Yup! Buddy owns the butcher shop in town. Same sign on the door. He’s been getting criticized on social media for it. He says “buh bye”! So busy as is, doesn’t give a shit about some transplant blowhard. Same regulars, every day after work picking up our dinnah, the small towns will survive!

  3. The “Washington football team”

Washington will not have any change to its color scheme. It will still use burgundy and gold. The Redskins logo on the helmet will be replaced by the player’s number in gold. The Washington Football Team will debut its home uniforms in week 1 against the Eagles.

Yes, I was referring to the vacuum fuel pump, not the 2 electric ones which tested at 88 PSI and the air pressure was almost 80.

I’d look at fuel line. Pop it off and look for inner collapse. Or tracker valve.

Shop manual states 10 PSI after the regulator.

Fuel Pressure and Air Pressure is critical.
The Fuel Pressure Regulator and Tracker Valve maintains exact fuel and air pressures.
There must be exactly a 10 PSI difference between the fuel pressure and the air pressure.
If you don't have exactly a 10 PSI difference the engine will run bad or not at all.

There are a few different items which can effect these pressures.
A clogged fuel filter(s), bad fuel line, faulty lift pump, faulty high pressure pump,
bad pump grommets in the VST (Vapor Separator Tank), bad air compressor, faulty pressure regulator,

faulty fuel rails or rail fuel lines, a bad tracker valve, bad fuel injector or a bad air injector
Fuel lines can collapse and cause fuel restrictions.

Typical Optimax Fuel Pressure and Air Pressure specifications are listed below: Fuel Pressure at Starboard Rail Schrader 88-92 PSI.
Air Pressure at Port Rail Schrader is 78-82 PSI.

No miss, just massive off the line bog,

Sounds fuel. Vapor lock in the system? Does the primer bulb stay hard?

If Merlin came up empty then I would be looking at mechanical issues like air leaks, bad gaskets intake side, fuel pressure high side.

agreed (however, cds only knows information it’s being fed. The tech needs to know what values to look for, ie he mentioned the tps had been replaced, was it timed properly?)

Red..air pressure and fuel pressure are correct, motor only has 120+/- hrs. on it.

2 new TPS sensors, new Computer, new map sensor, new external coils, etc.

Dealer had it with me on a lake for over 2 hours, couldn't find anything wrong, was hooked up to their Mercury analyzer.

Red? They are usually black, which had issues. Most have been switched to blue.
what’s the battery condition? Opti will run like shit on an unstable voltage, alternator won’t keep up with the demand on it’s own. CLEAN TIGHT connections, 14v ish 1000cca battery?

Major bog 50% of the time from off idle..starts and idles perfect, when it bogs it will actually lose rpm's, after throttling up/down multiple times it usually will take off and rev at 5,800, perfect..70-72 mph, stop, try again from idle and it will bog again.

What color injectors? Pressure in the air rail?

I'm just gonna go to a fukkin Market Basket, let them steam 5 pounds for me, and be done with it. Baked potato, cold slaw, melted butter.

I always boil them at home. Use the stock to make a vat of chowdah! Damn, I love lobster, might have to get some this weekend now... guy in town has a boat and sells them out of his garage on the weekends. He has the big tank, whole setup etc. won’t buy lobster from a store again, sooo much better right off the boat! Enjoy! :saluting::yum:

  10. The Supreme Court issued rulings in two cases related to President Trump's financial records this morning.

If you're just tuning in now, here's what you need to know about the rulings:

    • The case about House subpoenas: The Supreme Court blocked House Democrats from accessing Trump's financial records for now, sending the case back down to the lower court for further review.
    • The case about the New York subpoena: Justices ruled that the President is not immune from a subpoena for his financial documents from a New York prosecutor. This case was also sent to a lower court for further review.
    • What this means for Trump's financial records: Since the cases will be handled at lower courts, it all but ensures that Trump's financial documents — which he has long sought to protect — will not be handed over before the November presidential election.
    • How Trump is reacting: Trump has sent multiple tweets since the rulings were released. He claimed the court gave him a "delayed ruling" that they "never would have given" to another president. Remember: In both cases, both of Trump's appointees — Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh — joined the liberal justices and Chief Justice John Roberts on the 7-2 majorities.

  11. CNN —

Everything you've heard of late tells you to avoid close contact with strangers, especially the elderly, during the pandemic.

Is it safe to perform CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) to try to save his life? Or are you risking being infected with the novel coronavirus or giving it to a dying man?

There's an answer: It's strongly encouraged that people perform CPR or chest compressions on others during the global pandemic, according to a report published by a group of Seattle emergency room physicians in the journal Circulation.

In fact, you may actually be hundreds of times more likely to save the dying man's life than you are to die from COVID-19 by coming to his aid.

From January 1 through April 15, emergency medical services in King County, Washington (which includes Seattle) responded to 1,067 cases of cardiac arrests occurring outside of a hospital setting. Once those patients made it to the hospital, less than 10% of them were diagnosed with COVID-19.

From there, the researchers also made their CPR safety calculation by cross-referencing a would-be rescuer's own risk of ultimately dying from their own act of compassion.

"Given a 1% mortality for COVID-19, approximately 1 rescuer might die in 10,000 bystander CPR events," the researchers wrote. "By comparison, bystander CPR saves more than 300 additional lives among 10,000 patients with (out-of-hospital cardiac arrest)."

It was pretty good. A little bit to  much dough for me. The packaging sair 16" for thin crust or 12"pan for thick. We have a 12" pan.

I usually cut a bit of dough off and make garlic bread cheese dipping strips with the extra.

  13. Awesome creatures for pest control! They are ugly as fuck and yes, very vocal.

My parents have some on their farm. Yes, they will clean up the ticks along with other bugs. They also eat mice and snakes. They won’t take down a snake alone but in a flock they will.

They can be loud but as a general rule they only make loud noises for a short period. They will also make loud noises if they are startled of course.

They are less tame than chickens so they will probably wander a bit so that may or may not be a problem depending on how understanding your neighbors are and how much room they have to roam.

Great  description. Mine spend most of their time in the woods, I hear them when one goes off and they all chuckle for a minute then back to killing critters.
