Not really. Harper had a MINORITY government. That means what? More people didn't want him as PM than wanted him as PM. Chong is their best candidate, but they don't know it and I highly doubt he will win. He's my MP, and although he's done a few things to pander for votes, he's a decent person. He's a Progressive Consevative. The problem is he's a PC from Ontario and the westerners that control the party won't rally behind him. All my opinion of course.
