Rump is anomaly - he's proven that roughly 50% or R's are uneducated dumbshits.  He has no chance in November.  Hillary's lil spiel yesterday was only the beginning.  Today Rump is livid.....simply detonating the land mines she's setting for him

The RNC is going to fuck Trump by not funding the ground game that is needed to win a general election.

Trump is an anomaly. He can say whatever and his ratings go up. Imagine if he said to Hillary's face in a debate that she is a carpet munching dyke. Many people would like that...

The poorly educated come to mind.

  3. There is more to this story on the video at the link, it appears that Trump's campaign staff is split between Lewandowski's side and Manafort's side with Manafort's side being dismayed with the continued crazy talk.

Paul Ryan Disavows Trump's Attack on Judge

One day after endorsing Donald Trump, House Speaker Paul Ryan disavowed the presumptive Republican presidential nominee's accusations of bias against the judge in the Trump University case because of his "Mexican heritage."

Ryan told WISN's "Up Front with Vicki McKenna" on Friday that the comment was "out of left field."

"It's reasoning I don't relate to. I completely disagree with the thinking behind that," Ryan said.

And in an interview with MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell on Friday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Trump should be doing more to unite Republicans. Though McConnell said he was unfamiliar with Trump's comments about the judge, the real estate mogul's attacks on New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez were "completely unfortunate and unnecessary."

"These attacks don't serve the candidate very well at this point," McConnell said.

In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Trump said U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel's "Mexican heritage" is a conflict in him presiding over the fraud case against Trump University. "I'm building a wall. It's an inherent conflict of interest," Trump said.

"He clearly says and does things I don't agree with, and I've had to speak up on time to time when that has occurred," Ryan said. "And I'll continue to do that if that's necessary. I hope it's not."

so is he taking the 5th to protect himself or to protect shrillary?

only one of those is constitutionally protected.

and it sure seems like it's not to protect himself.

Pagliano has already spoke to the FBI under immunity that was granted to him, now Judicial watch wants to dispose him and Pagliana feels it's for political use and that they will take excerpts and pieces from his deposition video and use it unfairly against his former boss, so in that regards he is protecting Clinton from an unscrupulous and maligning use of his deposition.

Pagliano has cooperated with the FBI in its investigation of whether classified information was mishandled on Clinton’s server. He reportedly received immunity in exchange for his cooperation.

In Wednesday’s court filing, Pagliano’s lawyers asserted that he has been unfairly “caught up in a lawsuit with an undisputed political agenda.”

Sure Vince...I know you love this contrarian role so have at it.

Jim, I have met Joel in person and I think he's a wonderful person with a good sense of humor, I saw zoso's avatar as sophomoric humor and I just can't see how it can be construed as an attack on Joel's family.

Well obviously some have a hard time separating the two.

I laughed at  the post last night how FS is some kind of life lesson.

No dude, it is just a forum for entertainment.

The real winners  log off and have  friends , family , and lives beyond being on the "right" snowmobile forum.

Dude just shut the fuck up. Stop reaching around on ssfb, asking for banning etc.  You look like a fucking fool.

Did someone just pass me the microphone....ok.

People get banned on sites like this for the same reason they are turned away at parties and events...they continue to be assholes and ingrates for nothing more than the sake of doing so.  And it seems them being nothing more than an irritant to the majority is their singular goal.  People forget this is a "forum".  A place to meet and bullshit and enjoy some quick, fun, meaningful (or meaningless) banter.  If you are constantly on here making it less "fun" for the vast majority, well, the majority can start to decide if you are worth it.  I dig the FS way of letting free speech run the gamut.  But, IMO, it should still not become a place for one to come in here and do nothing but drop their miserable life's baggage and jump on their stupid little soap box.   Plenty of members in here or HCS or wherever that can all deliver us some "hand in forehead" moments (including me) but overall, contribute to the fun of being here.  Some just do not.  They log in with same and constant badgering and rhetoric which no doubt lets them sit behind their little keyboard and giggle their asses off, but would most likely find themselves bloodied and tooth-less if they conducted that type of shit in front of most of us at the level and consistency they do on here. Go practice your gad damned 1st amendment rights somewhere where they are protected.  Because guess what, those rights are not guaranteed in a private setting.  And guess what this is?  Yep.

I do not know Zoso or whatever he called himself.  His posts were certainly questionable and dick-holey at times (a lot of times) but I certainly see a few in here than can "disappear" and it would make this site better almost immediately and be able to start attracting more members of better substance and knowledge that can start to be shared here.  I can, and pretty much will "dance" with anybody so, this site can work fine for me at times.  But I'd sure like to see less of the same old boring rhetoric while still being able to call someone a stupid and ignorant cunt that I'd like to beat into bloody hamburger when I feel the need to do so.

Just my little (and lengthy) opinion as some of you are no doubt getting used to and tired of by now.  But you know what?  You fuckers can suck my wang.

This is the internet, and is real fucking far from the real world or at least the one I reside in; that said we have a neat little feature that we all have access to, it's called the ignore feature  :bc2:

BTW, in real  life I don't attend events and parties where assholes assemble, and my social calendar is crazy full  :bc2:

That was wrong and out of bounds.  I told him so.  The same was done to me on multiple occasions and silence was deafening.  Again - it's not what is said but who says it.  But this is a new site where it's been clearly stated you will be banned for doing so.  To my knowledge he never crossed that line.

Look at the posts after he was banned and it's obvious what's going on.  Won't be long and this will be another butt plugger or HCS site.....

The man makes a valid point.

It seems to be the type of debate you guys prefer to have. Bringing myself down to your level.

I think Cuban did some research and figured out what Trump has in liquid assets, he also brought up some interesting observations.

But the star of ABC's "Shark Tank" said that he saw a different story reading through the report.

    He said:

I don't think he's very good at brands for non-real-estate products. And, to me, it's more a reflection of desperation. So when you're putting your name on steaks, and you're putting your name on water, you're putting your name on playing cards, you're putting your name on all this nonsense, right? You're not going to make big bucks, no matter what. It's not like Trump Steaks were going to make him $100 million. It's not like it was going to make him $5 million.

"I asked, 'What the hell are you doing? Are you that desperate for money?' Seriously," Cuban said.

    Facts vs Hacks

The facts seem to disprove the hacks in this case.

Here are some facts you rummy:

Just after they adjourned lawmakers got more bad news about state revenues. The Department of Revenue reported that tax collections in May fell $74.5 million short of expectations, a 13.7 percent shortfall.

Kansas lawmakers leave Topeka without addressing court ruling on school finance

The shortfall in monthly tax collections means the state may have to delay paying some of its bills or take other steps to avoid a budget deficit at the end of this month. GOP lawmakers also said it means there’s no extra money for schools, unless other parts of the budget are cut.

“We need to fight the courts,” said Republican Sen. Rob Olson. “They’ve crossed the line.”

Tax collections have fallen short of expectations in 10 of the past 12 months. Brownback last month cut higher education spending and money for Medicaid health coverage for the needy, disabled and elderly.

    ????

Pagliano, who worked on Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign before helping install the so-called “homebrew” server system in her Chappaqua, N.Y. home, cut an immunity deal last fall with the Justice Department amid the FBI probe. He was recently described to Fox News by an intelligence source as a “devastating witness.”

    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/06/02/clinton-it-aide-pagliano-to-plead-fifth-in-email-case.html?intcmp=hpbt1

Yes he was granted immunity, and it is obvious that he is not using it.

Now back to the answer of JT's question on why Pagliano is taking the 5th:

    Quote

“Mr. Pagliano will invoke his right under the Fifth Amendment and decline to testify at the deposition noticed for June 6, 2016,” Pagliano’s lawyers, Mark MacDougall and Connor Mullin wrote in the filing.

“Given the constitutional implications, the absence of any proper purpose for video recording the deposition, and the considerable risk of abuse, the Court should preclude Judicial Watch, Inc. (“Judicial Watch”) from creating an audiovisual recording of Mr. Pagliano’s deposition,” wrote the lawyers, who work for the Clinton-connected Beltway law firm Akin Gump.
