  1. That's always the first question I ask. Do you have a good US wholesaler. But it's still all over map with trade value north York Chrysler/ Caledon Chrysler have best prices but by far lowest trade in value around $30,000. Orangeville Chrysler came to the plate with $42500 not a bad selling price. Then south oakville Chrysler had better selling price around $39000 trade value. Then eventually matched Orangeville trade value

Discount or 0% financing or whatever gimick they offer has a cost for the car manufacturer.  They all have to make their numbers and profit.

Negotiate at dealer and do your best. Walk out, have them call you back.

It gets to point where no dealer will drop further and you have your bottom price.

As for selling a 6 month old truck for more money i would still like to see the paperwork on that.

I have a buddy who sells used car from dealer trades.  The dealers know what a car is worth wholesale on trade.  Quite often trades are presold before you make your deal.  And no way they pay more after 6 months even with a crazy dollar.

They have to make a buck somewhere.

There is only one person that I have to show the paperwork too and that's the wife. No complaints from her.

And it's 4 in a row for me. I do believe the response with last dealer was: fuck it, sell it to him, we missed our quota last month can't miss two in a row.

    Lookin good.

I must say the ram has come along way. I have over 1200 km on it since Friday.  Hwy mpg better then my ecoboost. Around town the ecoboost better. Just towed the travel trailer 150 km with the 3.92 rear very similar mpg to the ecoboost. I may add the airlift 1000 bags just to help when I get it loaded up with all the gear.

Two areas it totally excels the f150 is not jittery over bumps with unloaded driving. And that limited interior probably the reason why I bought it.

Beauty, I don't tow a big trailer and I told him to quote me out a pro4 or SL I want leather

Leather in the pro4x has a/c seats. Pretty much same as platinum reserve with option list. base pro4x is well optioned to with a mix of vinyl/cloth. The SL with the leather is just heated seat. But alot of similar options as base pro4x minus off road features. The air dam on the SL does make an improvement in economy over the pro4x

I have a 14 pro4x that has been good and I'm considering dealing up to the 17 titan gas model what's your opinion ATC?

If it had a longer wheel base for travel trailer towing it would have been my only choice. Economy way better then yours. I advise to go sv premium or higher to get the better interior. Alot of models around $11,000 off right now and the standard 160,000 km warranty.

hit your reset button on your milage. or you must drive like a woman. I have '16 ecoboost with 3.55 rear end and the best i'v seen is 14.8 combined. even highway is 14.8.  it has been a little worse since i changed the plugs. but i spin the tires like my '88 mustang off the lights :)  i pull my 5000 boat like it wasnt there. just want a 6.5 box and better gas milage

I have reset twice in 12000 km.

Coldest part of winter higher 12's

But I'm rarely over 100km an hour. Pretty straight forward drive to Newmarket I stay on woodbine and avoid 404. I do drive though That's 12000 km in 4 months.

I'll have to drive one and see, I'm just stuck on an 8 is probably my problem. You ever have issues with transmission heat while towing long distance? I assume you have tow package with Trans and oil cooler rads on them?

No issue I get max tow package though and tow mirrors with mirror spotlights. Very nice feature.

Only time I ever see temp rise is our Tobermory trip every year hill coming out of wiarton. But no concerns.

You pull a trailer and a boat with the 3.5? I pull a heavy tent trailer a few thousand k a year and a 2 place sled trailer on long hauls most times too and I'm really leaning to the 5l as I like to be in hurray most times.

You should really think the 2.7 then. I would have got again. But I got a great deal on the 3.5 ecoboost. I have logged miles on the 5L  but can't do after owning both eco boost. That's my reservation with the ram.

I'm ready to start shopping next week, can't see it being for a Dodge though. I'll have to see. :news:

My first Titanxd was pretty much if not the first in Canada 30,000 flawless km. It was an sv premium. I got the chance to trade up to the pro4x for less money. I did. Something wasn't right with it selling dealer wasn't my usual. Took it in for its first oil change at my usual dealer and we found out I should never been allowed to drive it the way it was it had a mandatory recall on the Bi-turbo. It went back to selling dealer. They replaced and assured me truck was good. But something wasn't right. I tried grabbing another titanxd but ford dealer was $5000 better on trade value. So I did but I'm just not a ford guy. Too many the same around me lol.

Nissan was offering me $18000 off another xd. But I use to be a Dodge guy and considering another go around.
