I'll be there. On the water in front of Rockport area. Be the white boat with the black lettering and blue lights. Say hi!!!
Hmm... I usually stay away from boats that look like that. Lol
For sure, if I see you I'll stop by. I am in white Mastercraft wake boat with lots of kids.

Anyone going to the Thousand Islands this weekend for the Poker Run?
My plan is to head up tomorrow, staying in Rockport.

got the boat working good again. Took out all the plugs and replaced with new ones. There were 2 plugs that were totally destroyed. I thought pulling the plugs was part of a normal winterizing process?
also go anyone that wake surfs you need to build or buy yourself a wake shaper. I built this beauty ghetto gate outta a piece of a sled ski and a suction handle grip. $15 and 20 minute of my time later I've got a surf wake that is better than any $200 000 nautique or mastercraft. Just suctions to the side of the boat on the opposite side you want to surf and makes a perfect wave.
Nice... Can you post more pics of how it looks and where you place it on the hull. I tried making a wake gate that would sit between the stern and swim deck and it sent so much water back into the boat. Also where do you buy the suction handle?

Been to the Montreal F1 a few times. Venue sucks really, but an F1 race is always good. My brother saw the F1 at Indy a few years ago (the tire fiasco year), and said it was a world class venue that puts Montreal to shame.
I'd still like to see a MotoGP race..... never been. Maybe the U.S. next year.....
Not so sure about that one. I was at he Indy F1 race that year as well. Although it is exciting to go to different venues, I thought the Indianapolis F1 to be good but no where near as good as Montreal. For one, it was difficult to get to the track and the city didn't do much in celebration for it. The race museum was a great attraction at the track.
Two years ago I went to F1 in Austin. That was a great venue and they did lots at the track and in the city. Only draw back from that race was you could not bring in anything to eat or drink other than water. Montreal IMO really puts on a big show for this event and very relaxed in that you can bring in just about anything. It's normal to see people come in with small bbq cooking up a storm and tons of booze.
