Speaking of crappy skis, why is it that manufacturers of all brands cann,t get the correct ski on the correct sled, from the factory ?
Seems that has got to be one of the most changed out items on every sled out there.
Here we go.... paging Puzzler

Why did no one jump in and try and pull him out? It will be upsetting if we find out from the medical report that he died from drowning.

Mine was a work truck/plow truck. No major issues other than 2 transmissions. Never replaced an injector, turbo, fuel pump or had the motor opened. Just constant small problems. It was a good truck just couldn't park it in the driveway....lol
My 6.0 has had 3 injectors, turbo tubes, FICM, y pipe, crank sensor, EGR, oil pressure regulator, high pressure oil pump all replaced. But it never uses a drop of oil. I'm at 280k. I have an EGR delete and run a programmer.
I just tore the box off for an aluminum flatdeck and its in the body shop now for cab corners and a door then I hope to drive it 5 more years. The way my life goes it will probably puke the motor by June.......lol
Don't get all horny over that Honda boys. Its sold....lol
Wow the thing sounds like a Skidoo. Was it yellow?

Exactly. Range is far more important than any dollar savings.
Yah right. That's why you hang onto fuel receipts when sledding. Lol

Not a trail sled. That crash has nothing to do with having a studded track and most likely from the rider falling off going up down a chute in the mountains.

So are you suggesting that your ego is so fragile that you have a need to squeal your tires pulling away from a stoplight. How about sharing who you feel you're impressing when you do that?
Of course I do, I'm a guy and that's what we do. You should see the look of excitement in my boys faces when I do donuts in a intersection.
Last winter I tried to drift the truck the length of the street turning onto ours and ended up taking out the stop sign. All good fun.

By the sounds of it, he never goes through a set of tires on his truck either.

30% fails, 70% success, probably what Puzzler received as grades. He'll be happy with that.

Is it Puzzler's birthday? He's going to love that pic.

Well there goes that argument.
Poor Puzzler....

That is totally insane.... I love it!

It's a nice boat but I am looking for a Outlaw not the Islander. As well if I can't find a 600 I want it to be at least a 502.
-
Crap, Crapload, Shit, Shit Load, all words used in reference to anything to do with Skidoo.
-
I thought this deserves a Bump knowing how Puzzler wishes this would just go away.

Holly crap, if bought it brand new it is in the 3mill range. That is top of the line right there.

Hmm.... this is interesting.

Heck go with triples. There are a couple of brothers on our lake. About a 30 ft centre console with triple 300's on the back. They each have one.
A couple of friends have Hydrostreams and love them for go fast. Tuff boats are usually at the boat show with their 100 mph boat.
The center consoles seem to be the trend right now but not what I want. The 26' Baja Outlaw with the 600 is what I am after. I know there is one in Ottawa and keeping an eye out for it so I can make him an offer.
-
A lot of people tell me not to get a Baja but the thing is I like the look of the Outlaw the most. I don't like the way Fountains sit in the water and the Donzi's ZX or ZR I don't like the back ends.
Cigerette's are nice but are hard to find and usually out of my price range.
-
I won't be going then. A go fast boat is my next purchase, just trying to decide if I should go with twins or a single. Looking at a 30' in a twin or 26 or 27 if I go with a single.
My BIL had a 26' Baja with the 600 in it. That would be my preferred choice but they are almost impossible to find.

Btw, Frostnuts story of the guy buying a 850 and then trading it in three weeks later for a Sidewinder sounds weak.

I was up in Mont Laurier for Thursday and Friday. Trails were mint with lots of snow.
