one word: Job Security

Basically a monkey or a cheap computer program can control the water levels. However, possibly a careful personal touch event by maybe by holding back water or dumping it real quick that upsets the smarter people causes an uproar. Having to answer lots to these incidents and make all kinda bs reasons up to confuse people is job security. The end result is like being a weatherman, people hate you but they keep coming back and creating a secure highly paid work environment.

I do it cause hydro generation makes money and my christmas bonus buys me a new sled every year. Highest level will be on family day weekend.

The original smaller rail line is there for show only but has nothing to do with water control. Mechanical sleuce gates run by hydro at the west side plant and bypass control to the east. 

In the bush further east are the concrete entrance and lock walls to replace the railway that were never completed.

Don't cheep out Aaron. Drive a few extra hours to lac st Ann Qc, club Meekos just north of Mount Laurier.  Great place for family and old lady. Close To Ski hills Including MT tremblant.

I was joking. It will be busy as usual but lots of old iron will be everywhere. The trails can handle the volume, the restaurant's  will be busy. One of my favorite spots to stage from, you will enjoy it.

I went into a best buy automotive store like a Napa.  I looked in there catalogue and ordered sizes I needed. Super cheap as I had an account and they have been good. Even bought a spare hwavy duty one for the bed tilt.
