Why the Dems don't want a vote on impeachment or an inquiry
1. Don't get the votes on either and they look bad.
2. Get the votes on inquiry and the house GOP gets to call witness'.
3. Get actual impeachment and it goes to the Senate who will control it and the POTUS defense team gets to call witnesses....anyone including Obama and Hillary.
