Puzzleboy
Never said they did. I said the C3 lasted until 1983 (1982 is the last C3). In any case, they were all shit until 1996. Seems to be a comprehension issue in here today..... Just now, Poncho said: They did not build any C3's in 1983. The last year for the C3 was 1982. They built 6 C4's in 1983 and none sold to the general public. The C4 was officially released in 1984. Please only comment on things you know...... Puzzleboy
First time I ever heard anyone say they liked driving a C4 better than a C6. I guess you never drove them agressively, or on a track. You could have easily traded your 6 for a 4; there would be a lineup of guys waiting on that trade! 4 minutes ago, Dave said: I liked my 87 best...my 06 the least...imo every vet 82 and under wasnt a daily driver. Puzzleboy
Ummmmh, no. If I had said UNTIL 1982, that would imply vehicles up to and including model year 1981. I said UNTIL 1983. I was talking about C3s, not when the C4 emerged. And the last C3, is indeed, a 1982. Just now, Dave said: Well 82 would have been the correct statement. Puzzleboy
Until would have included '83s? How's that again? Lol No hairs to split! Even though cars come out in the fall..... Until 83 would include it. Just before would have excluded it. Just splitting hairs.

Puzzleboy
Well, I guess I figured you "Vet" ( sic erat scriptum) experts already knew the chronology..... Anyway, we're used to it. 1 minute ago, Dave said: If what he is saying would make any sense he should have said until 84 when the c4 came out....lol

Puzzleboy
Nope, until 1983. There was no 1983 Corvette. If I had said, "until 1984", that would have implied there was an un-interrupted chronology in the 80's. But it was interrupted, as there was no '83. Pretty simple. 2 minutes ago, Dave said: Until 84 Edited March 12, 2017 by Puzzleboy

Puzzleboy
Looks good with those C5 rims on it (or are they knockoffs- looks like no logo?). I always liked the CCWs. Poncho will say they're junk though....... what year? 6 minutes ago, steve6 said: Still fun to drive.
