Working my way around the yard getting yard work done and putting new fence up for dog pen, haven't had time to clean bbq area, but charcoal side of Oklahoma Joe's  was calling my name, first charcoal cook of the year, some strip steaks

Pretty bad when you have to go 4 pages deep to find the bbq thread because of all the political crybaby whining

 

Nonetheless chicken with Salamanca state fair marinade, fellow Ny's will know

I ordered some of that sauce a few years back on the recommendation of 

@Rigid1….good stuff!

they also have a Speidie marinade for doing shish kabobs which all the kabobs I post are marinated in, good stuff NY specialty, :bbq:

So I've determined what I have a a chuck eye roast on the smoker.  

Also threw a thick slice of some mediocre summer snausage on too.  Pulled it off after a couple hours and tried it.  Just sliced up the rest of it and it is along for the ride..

Smoked ribs today. Grilling some burgers and chicken tomorrow. I won't get to grill on the 4th.... Family get together at the park

Despite the fucking downpour here in CNY and the week long fight to get pit boss up and running going to slow cook a pork prime rib and some veggies damn the rain

Pork poluzza at my house saturday.  There is 4 racks of ribs that i forgot to take pics of plus whats pictured.  Big party!!!  Bigger fireworks show!!!  Anyway they tell me I know how to throw a party....

I seen that video earlier today. I have a 15 lbs untrimmed brisket in the freezer right now and I may have to try that. That's a long cook time though.

Put the rub on the brisket this afternoon. Just threw the 15lbs brisket on the pellet smoker. Going to try a real slow cook and see how it turns out.

Going to smoke at 190 over night then wrap in the morning.
